Seriously?!! My burger isn’t even cooked!! And I waited for my order AND I ordered it without ketchup and mustard. What is wrong with place. Serving uncooked meat will make people sick. Now I’m back at my office with no lunch. Get it together Walkerton McDs. This is not the first time I have gotten undercooked food from this place. Next time I’m contacting the health department.

I got a M&M McFlurry I have gotten them before and never had a problem. I got one tonight and it had black plastic pieces in it. Just be careful if you get there ice cream I do not know what it came from because my spoon wasn’t broken, so it wasn’t from that.

Sandwiches are thrown together all sideways most of the time. My last sandwhich was a daily Double which was smashed with mayo and grease all over the outside of the bun and just disgusting looking. These people need to remember that someone is going to eat this crap!!

Went through the drive thru last night to pick up a mobile order. We sat in line for 40 minutes waiting for this food. When we finally got up to the window, 3 young teenagers in McDonald’s uniforms and one scraggly guy (probably in his mid to late 20’s) who was not in uniform, were literally standing in a circle beside the window having a chat while one played on his phone. They literally could not have cared less that cars were lined out to the road, nor that we could see them doing absolutely nothing. We stared at them for 10 minutes before a girl handed us our food… we drove the 2 minutes home and everything we ordered was cold, like it had been sitting there for the entire time I had been waiting. This is unacceptable… this is not the first time this has happened. Train your ppl or shut down, you do not have viable employees or management. Do better!

I was in Walkerton from out of town to attend a friend’s mother’s funeral. I came here for a light breakfast to help me with my jet lag and it was an excellent experience. The servers were prompt, kind, and I received my order within three minutes. I don’t eat fast food often, but I really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, accompanying hashbrown, and coffee. It was pleasant to sit and read the morning newspaper in the eat-in area, listen to the locals, and watch people come and go about their business.

I only ordered a large drink on the mobile app for the coupon, but when I went through the drive thru, they told me they didn’t see an online order so I paid full price for a large drink at the speaker. I noticed there was still an order on the app and the card was charged, and I didn’t want to pay twice for one drink, so I went inside and asked for a refund since I already got my drink, but the lady was very nice and gave me a refund plus a second drink!! I felt like a Karen but she was very nice and helpful so thank you!!!

I got in line just before 5pm, the employees took care of the people in front of me, I waited a good 5 minutes watching 4 employees not doing much but taking care of customers at window and walking in circles, nobody waited on me, nobody said I’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. So I walked away; then an employee says hello! I turned around and said no! You wouldn’t wait on me so I’m leaving. They don’t need my business. I would have given no stars if I could.

The food tastes great. Prices are rising. Service is fine. Our cashier was very courteous. The cleanliness of the floors is so-so. Management needs to take charge of making sure better cleaning happens. Food quality is questionable. We don’t eat out too often, because we know this. It would be great if there were no preservatives, no chemicals, no hydrogenated fats, and no processed white flour in the foods. We understand the situation. Just would prefer better quality.

Extra Pickles is 1 extra. Must also mean no onions. Double cheeseburger with extra Pickles came with 1 extra Pickle and ketchup only. This place has gone down hill. Food wasn’t even fresh. No pride in what they serve at all.

70% tables are dirty with lots of employees standing around, Staff is extremely rude and doesn’t seem to care that there’s customers around. Employees eating ice cream in an open kitchen and not a single thank you the whole visit. I will never come back to this McDonald’s ever again. Absolutely terrible service
