First Mexican Resteraunt I have ever been to with a deer head! Birria meat was so tender in the Birria Tacos which were perfectly crispy. Steak perfectly grilled in the fajitas. The chips and salsa were great. Although my wife needed more hot sauce in the salsa. We were driving so did not try any of the Margaritas but I hear they’re pretty good.
4.6/5

Very good! The salsa was mild but there is a selection of hot sauce at the table to spice it up if you desire some heat. I had the Texas fajita, it was wonderful, perfect! They know what they are doing in the kitchen. My little Texas wife would have just loved this fajita.

Very nice place, excellent food with fast and attentive service. The “Fajipiña” is a unique twist on fajitas, served in half a pineapple — if you a fan of pineapple, I highly recommend it!
NOTE: Their salsa has cilantro, but it’s not overwhelming.

This place was fantastic when it was new and first opened. Great food, great service and a wonderful Vibe. For the first 5 months it was great. Our family liked going there until all the portions kept getting smaller. For example, a heaping pile of fajitas has shrunk down to half of what is was when they first opened. After thinking maybe it was just different kitchen help, the portions never did return to original size. The margaritas when opened were super strong and now just normal. Seems like they biggie sized everything to get you in the door, then pulled the carpet out from under you. Parking lot is half the amount of cars as previous.

I was a little annoyed at first bc it took a few minutes to get a server, but once we did, everything was Great! The food came out fast and very friendly service. I forgot to take a pic of fresh guacamole, but the flavor was excellent. My daughter got the vegetarian tacos and loved them. I got the Birria tacos and they were so good. The beans are amazing. The chips and salsa were yummy and the chips came out warm, which I love. We were too full to have dessert but the options looked wonderful and will definitely try to have some next time. Highly recommend this place, from a west coast Hispanic heritage girl

I love this location of El Cazador! The food & staff are amazing! I just have one little complaint…I don’t think the margaritas are as good or as strong as they used to be. Please go back to the way you were making them when you first opened! The change was so noticeable that after my last visit I came on here to read reviews to see if anyone else had noticed the difference & sure enough, another guy felt the same way.

Coldest Dos Equis Amber on tap.
My tacos were stuffed full, but the corn tortillas were saturated in oil.
His Burrito Preferido had shrimp, chorizo, chicken, and beef…covered in cheese.
Salsa is really good, too.
We agreed we’d both get the same thing next time we visit.
Literally, my only complaint is that the lights are so bright in the dining area. If it was a little more dim, it would be more of a relaxed atmosphere. Food and service are great, though.

My favorite restaurant in Lima. The food is always delicious and service is always great. One issue, when you order carryout, the salsa is always tiny. We always end up using our own salsa from the fridge. Other than that I have no complaints.
