I have had enough with this location. Every time I come here, WITHOUT FAIL, the mousy looking brown haired girl is always so incredibly rude when taking my order. I have gone into the building and seen this same girl verbally abusing her coworkers and overall being a nasty girl. I have been nothing but nice every worker here but I guess that gets you nowhere with teenagers nowadays. Really sucks because I enjoy the smoothies here but maybe taking a drive out to Kent would be more worth my time than this.

I used to go here a lot, they always had great smoothies and the girls were unbelievably nice. The last 6 months or so, the new girls are rude and seem annoyed. We all have bad days but the smoothies are getting worse. They are watered down and they don’t fill them, basically the cups are a little over halfway full. For the price of the smoothies, it’s so disappointing.

When I go to this location it’s typically okay. However, lately the smoothies have been watered down. I just ordered two small smoothies a blueberry dream and tropical blast. Both of the smoothies taste like too much ice was added. Fine. I call to see if there could something done. They asked that we come back. At this time I could not. So their only solution was that we come back with the smoothies as if someone was trying to scam them out of $11. No apology or customer recovery attempted.

I haven’t been to pulp many times so I had no clue what to order the girls there helped me find something and it was delicious. The staff was helpful and very nice and the smoothie was super good. Would for sure recommend

Great place to grab a smoothie. Pretty pricey but if your using it as a meal replacement then pricing isn’t to bad. Occasionally I have had rude service but over all I can deal with it as the smoothies make of for the lack in customer service, after all it’s is young kids that work thier what do you expect lol.. definitely recommend!!!

Pulp is always consistent – it’s the nature of the business. Good stuff. And I do appreciate the fact that many of the owners hire local high school students to give them a flexible job opportunity. The kids at the Streetsboro location are constantly on their phones and service is regularly slow as a result.

Food was delicious, my bowl was packed to the rim and the staff was very polite. The payment system froze while I was there and the gentleman that I think is the owner or manager that was there at the time comped my order even though I offered to stay until it was up and running to pay, but they insisted that they comp me for the inconvenience. Which, it really wasn’t an inconvenience at all. All in all a lovely experience!
