We had their limited batch release “starry night”, an icecream made with blueberries and sprinkles. The icecream was splendid. The employees were friendly and worked hard. They were busy on a Thursday night and had difficulty keeping the tables clean.

We now have a favorite ice cream spot when we visit St Louis! I had a chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a waffle cone bowl- it tasted amazing! You can also buy gallons of milk in glass! They have the best chocolate milk! Next time we day trip to st louis we will take a cooler! (*we live 2 hrs away)

The burger joint and Pizza are great here, but the ice cream on both visits has been pathetic. They legit started my order and then left it half finished for nearly a hour. Then tried to serve me it. When i said the entire order was melted, she shrugged and said ok? I’ve been waiting over an hour for just 3 ice cream shakes. Cannot believe how terrible the service has been here during each visit. I honestly try to be as nice as possible but this is getting pretty pathetic.

Ordered ice cream for delivery and made the peanut butter cup one a large for an extra fee…. The size of this for paying $12 is the same amount of ice cream and extras as I would get as a regular size. Not very happy

We stopped in. My husband got your great banana split. I got a scoop. They were great. As we were walking in I noticed the trail of black greasy dirt coming out of the front door. I thought, that’s not good. Then as we approached the counter I notices the floor and counter front were really dirty. They gave us a number and it was very dirty. Our table and bench were clean. So that made me feel a little better. But if it’s not clean out front does that mean it’s dirty in the back where they make the ice cream? It’s a good thing we don’t live near the store so we won’t be back anytime soon.

Very stupid layout that causes everybody who wants to order from any store to congregate at one very thin spot. Staff did not seem to care about their job and wanted to talk to friends instead of attending their stations. The lava cake was dry and didn’t have an chocolate in it and although the ice-cream was decent it was overpowered by the salty toppings they put on it. All in all if your going to this place avoid Oberweis and only focus on the other two restaurants.
