Sorry no pics of food before, only after. I had the Cameron’s Monterey and they were out of this world delicious! My husband had the Enchiladas Rancheros he said the sauce was favorable but not too spicy, just right!

As others have stated, the portions are small. They charge for extra chips. The biggest problem we had, after getting our food we notice there was a hair in the dish. Took it out put it to the side, it was not a big deal. Continued to eat and found another one. We told the waitress, I believe it was the cook come out and asked what the problem was. We explained showed him the first hair, he took the dish back come back without the dish and said there was no hair in it. He proceeded to asked what we wanted. I asked if we could get a new dish, he added again there was no hair and was being rather distraught. I told him I would pay for the second dish, when he left he looked at me and asked if I had a problem with my dish. I told him no he steamed away. We got our new dish hair free. They didn’t charge us for the second dish, but I gave the waitress enough for the dish and her tip, she insisted against it, I told her I would pay for it. I also told her we would not be back. I highly recommend going across the street to Los Cabos.

Beware of a couple of things when you dine at Patio Grill. First, they will add an additional 4% to your bill if paying by debit or credit card. That in itself is not too big of a deal but with the margins in Mexican food they should be able to cover that with there prices. Second, they have no guest wifi. I can live with that too but now days places need to have guest wifi. The food however is mediocre. I ordered a chicken burrito and a Chile relleno combination plate. As mentioned in a previous customers review it was pretty plain. I asked if maybe I could get some green chili salsa they said that would be an additional charge. The chili relleno was pretty basic but okay. A little refried beans and rice. The atmosphere was great and the place was clean but they need to step things up if they want to be considered “authentic Mexican” food as their sign says.

Came to Pinedale on a road trip and needed to get some food for dinner. Stopped here on a whim and what a glorious whim that was. The chicken in my enchiladas was so well marinated and the red sauce wasn’t thin and watery. And the suiza enchiladas. Oh, my gosh. Yum. The service was amazing too. Definitely on my list of places to visit again. May come to Pinedale just for this place.

Great tacos! All plate’s are served on a small plate or al la carte style. I will definitely be back to try out other things on menu! Also when the waitress tells you the salsa is hot it definitely is spicy, but still very tasty. Clean establishment with a small patio and a sit down bar. Service was fast and polite.

I was excited to see all the delicious options on the menu. I couldn’t make up my mind, so I started with a chimichanga from the a la carte menu. I wish I had taken a picture of this thing – it was so sad. It was basically a fried tortilla with a little bit of ground beef crumbs. To be clear, I’m not complaining that it was small (which it was). The issue was that there was almost no filling.

I was planning to order something else, but I changed my mind after ordering an ~$8 tortilla (“chimichanga”). I understand that it’s probably a difficult time for restaurants to make a profit. However, this wasn’t even close to a reasonable food item. I was still hungry, so I drove up the street to a place that charged $11 for a filling, delicious burger.

The chips and salsa were decent. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was inviting. I still regretted tipping 20% due to the meager filling in the chimichanga.

Amazing complimentary salsa – best I have ever had at a mexican restaurant. The Idaho nachos cowboy asada was fabulous! Every ingredient was super fresh. Spotless restrooms too.

They charge you $4.15 for chip refill. The bowl is tiny, about 10-12 chips in it. There were 3 of us, if I had gone in by myself, I would have gotten the same 1 free bowl, so why wouldn’t 3 of us get up to 3 bowls free. The fajitas were bland, the margarita was not very good, & the mens room was very dirty! The Micheladas & my son’s beef enchiladas were good & the owner was nice. Also, every item on the check was higher than the price on menu??? We were so disappointed by this time that we paid & left.
