Being asked to pull aside is a courtesy the customer extends to the restaurant to help your “speed of service” metrics. However, when that courtesy results in being ignored or forgotten, it becomes bad business. To be told “5 minutes” and then ignored for 25+ minutes—while watching the drive-thru line move continuously—is a failure in both kitchen management and basic customer service.
I hope you will take this feedback to heart and review your curbside procedures with your team to ensure paying customers aren’t being “parked and forgotten.”

Picked up dinner at this location yesterday evening. When I pulled up to the window, Tim, the on-duty manager, mentioned that they had just ran out of chicken and needed to drop some.
He asked if we didn’t mind waiting until it was done which we didn’t. About 15 minutes later he personally brought our order to us and even gave us large drinks for being so patient. Just wanted to give him a shot out for his awesome customer service and professionalism of him and his crew.

Timothy and the crew was awesome. Treated us like family and our kids loved it. Don’t eat here too much, but their excellent services was worth coming back to visit. Plus, I believe they were short on staff and still delivered. Keep it up!

Ordered a family big box; chicken and slaw were good but was disappointed in the mac and cheese. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting for a while.

Seamless service today with very large group order. Thank you to the staff here for the team effort and the patience! Kudos to the store manager, she represented the brand well.

The Dr.pepper was out of the flavor I brought it up the lady took it back and I assumed changed the flavoring but then came back with the same tasting Dr.pepper. I also ordered a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea and it tastes unsweetened. The chicken was soggy and limp, the French fries in addition where in barely seasoned

Generally good overall. Past couple times I have been the Chicken Supremes were barely warm when I got them or I would have 5 across the board!

A quick stop for breakfast, lunch or an evening meal along busy highway 55. There is nothing finer than a good biscuit and Bojangles is the place to go. The atmosphere staff and food is like a local restaurant where friends go meet and eat.

Edit: Are Management bonuses tied to how much sauce and seasonings they don’t use? Still getting 0-1 sauces 5 months later. Fries are barely seasoned.
They round down sauces here.
1 = 0
2 = 1
Maybe asking for 3 is the move? Been hit or miss since they opened and the fries aren’t seasoned anymore.

Beautiful location a brand new bojangles. Everything else about my visit was horrible. Order a simple order 5 of the same sandwich. A fry. And a soda. They have me wait nearly 30 minutes and then my order is wrong. No fry. So I wait another 10. Get home to my fries are saltier than the ocean. I’ll continue enjoying the fuquay location instead
