I love Jersey Mike’s, always have and will. This is not about their food quality, it is more about their service quality, or lack of that. I finally down loaded their app and placed an order. Placed order at 8:30am for pick up in store @ 10:45am. I arrived five minutes early and was asked about my order. They seemed confused at first because they didn’t see my order. They first game me someone else’s order but that wasn’t mine. After showing my order and telling them what I purchased, they checked. Turns out that the ticket “never printed out”. This is what they told me. Wow, really? If this was the case, wouldn’t there be lots of other orders in the same case? When I walked into the store, there were already preorder packed on the counter for pickup. After they realized the ticket for pick up never printed, they started my order. What is the most disappointing thing about this is that no one ever apologized/said sorry or even wanted to offer a discount for this inconvenience. I had to ask and all they can do was give me a bag of chips. Very unhappy with this experience since I been eating at Jerseys Mike’s for over 10 years. Makes me think twice about ordering from them again. When I was waiting for them to get my order ready, five people waked into the store, got their sandwich and was on their way. Makes me wonder why I use the app in the first place, may have to delete it.
I know not everyone goes through this but when you do, its very annoying and leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I placed a sandwich order on line for a grilled Philly steak. 30 minutes after I order the sandwich we arrive. I’m told it’s not ready yet and it will be a few minutes because he’s making it now. I sat with my son for another 10 minutes. No one is on the grill cooking food. The grill was even clean. I went back and asked about my order. She told me again he was making it. I asked how was that since no one was even cooking on the grill. She said he was making in the back. I did see an employee making sandwiches in the back, and bringing them out bagged. There is no grill in the back. So how was he cooking my fresh sandwich? The employee was not taking orders from the people in the store. He was just preparing sandwiches in the back on a table and bringing them up front bagged. He was not coming out and getting meat or toppings for the sandwiches, which I thought was weird. I get my son’s order. I ordered no jalapeños and it had jalapeños on it! Then, they didn’t even slice the sandwich like they normally do too. The wait time was unacceptable. 40 minutes to get a sandwich, is unacceptable. Not getting them prepared or cooked to order is what they advertise they do. They were not doing it. I was not happy with the service or the food.

My absolute worst experience at a Jersey Mike’s. Four grill orders were posted on the grilling station (mine was second) before someone showed up to cook. They were busy filling online orders I believe. You need to pay attention to the issues Starbucks is having trying to balance in store and online and staff appropriately. I even asked if I would get a cold sandwich sooner as I was in a hurry and the gentleman reassured me that I’d be fine. He clearly had no idea of the functions of his store. Not coming back here.

Good food but a bit expensive. They seem to be very strict on how u order the sandwich or want it put together. Relax people….it’s just a sandwich. It’s more confusing to order it Mikes way and then change it up to how I want it….I will just tell you what I want on it. LOL.

They prioritize online orders over customers that are at the store. Had me waiting to put my order because they were making online orders. Finally got asked what i wanted and when i said famouse philly they told me it would take 45 min because they had online orders ahead. Ordered a cold sub and left, never going back again.

Food is good and employees are nice enough but for the love of god please improve staffing during the lunch rush. It’s incredibly frustrating when you purposefully show up 10-15 minutes after your pickup time to account for a delay, only to find out they haven’t even started your order once you get there.

Lorena is a terrible manager and single handily brought down my opinion of this location. We have been coming here for years without any issue. In fact, everything was going great until she got involved. First she comes along and packs my friend’s sandwich into someone else’s mobile order. When he pointed it out, she gets frustrated and throws the sandwich on the counter, opens it up to look at it and then sloppily wraps the sandwich back up and throws it back on the counter at the register. When he pointed out that she was ruining his sandwich, she just laughed and walked away. When it was my turn to pay, I had a coupon with no expiration date for a sub, chip, and drink for $9.99. She said the price of the subs have gone up so the price has gone up on the coupon. I have never heard of this happening before. After I protested this policy, she rang up a sub, chip, and drink for $9.99 but the cleared it and said the total was higher. I pointed out that she just rang it up for the correct price and finally corrected it. Because of her attitude and poor customer service, I will not be back to this location again. From the response of Lorena, she doesn’t care but I hope that the owner cares and finds better managers with better customer service skills.

DO NOT COME HERE!! UNHYGIENIC, RACIST, ISLAMAPHOBIC!

I went in yesterday, entered the store around 4:15pm there was already a line of people of about 5 people ahead of me, no big deal or so I thought. No one greats or acknowledges ANYONE in line, a woman walks out and yells not worth this. Again nothing from a single word staff member for an HOUR WAIT. I noticed the Korean woman slicing the food, kept tapping her nose with her sleeve of her hand and wasn’t cleaning the station unless the guest asked her and I’ve never seen anything like that. It should’ve been my sign to leave, but I was picking up food for my elderly father.
I am pregnant and carrying my toddler, talking to my son in my native tongue and even talk to the other people in English while waiting. No one complained.
When the Korean women finally starts to acknowledge people in line and take their orders, she keeps stopping people mid order to
Micromanage the only guy making a sandwiches. The THREE people in front of me , this woman greeted with a smile when she finally allowed them to order and cleaned/ changed her gloves per their requests. No attitude whatsoever from here.
When it was my turn, this same Korean woman didn’t acknowledge me with a greeting like the previous guests. Her WHOLE demeanor changed. I thought she might be just tired because they were slammed. I asked kindly “Can you please change your gloves and wipe the machine? As I don’t want cross contamination with any pork products” she walks away without saying anything and goes to talk to the woman at grill for another 5 min. When I she finally comes back to the counter. I ask her AGAIN to change her gloves and clean up the work station.
This woman looks at me and says I don’t need to do this bc we have a line out the door and I told her you didn’t have a problem doing it from the people in front of me. She responded saying they weren’t someone like you. I then proceeded to get upset and ask who is someone like me? My son starts to get fussy and I am trying to calm in Arabic and the woman behind the counter get VISIBLY ANGRIER
She accuses me of cursing at her to at this point I didn’t and says I am refusing your services. I asked why?! She said you’re kind not welcome here, I said you’re being islamaphobic and racist bc you didn’t have any of this attitude for the three people( they were all white) ahead of me that asked you to do the same thing. She then threatened to ban from the store and asked for my name and number to. “BAN” me.
Then greeted the white man behind me with a smile and asked “what can I get you sir?” I was stunned, up until that point I was calm. I asked you kidding me?! She SCREAMED GET OUT. NOONE LIKE YOU COMES IN HERE. SO I YELLED BACK SOME OBSCENITIES AND LEFT.

They support your local sandwich shop that isn’t unhygienic, racist, and islamaphobic.
