I was in on 2/24/2025 at 5:30pm. The staff was nice, but the manager was exceptionally rude. Because of her I will not be back. I tried to call the district manager. Instead I got someone who barely spoke English. They informed me that they could not connect me with district manager or leave a message for them to return my call. He said that I had to speak with him. Needless to say KFC has lost my business.

At least with the old manager they didn’t keep you in the drive thru & didn’t even acknowledge you were there. I sat there in DT for over 30 min. I drove out of my way to come here & for this!! this is ridiculous! Never again! They might as well close the doors! After one of the workers made a comment saying “they’ll get paid either way!!??” What??!!! Are you serious!? Smh the audacity of some of these workers are beyond me. Like we’re doing YOU a favor!

When I arrived at window.The male said I am out of chicken . No truck came . I can’t fill your order. You need to cancel your order. I used my credit card card in the online order. They never show me any respect .

Waited over 10 minutes in drive through. Behind the building looks disgustingly bad. The building looked so run down I wouldn’t let me dog eat here. When I finally got to the box I was met with silence. So I just drove off after a few minutes. Can’t believe that the KFC franchise would let a place tarnish their reputation like that.

I went to the Hammond, Louisiana store to get some chicken. I have not been there in many many years that place is disgustingly nasty. Everything is full of filth. That store should be shut down to redo that whole store your feet stuck to the floor. It was sticky. There was no lids by the coat fountain machine. The fountain machine was nasty. It looked like it hadn’t been clean in months the bathrooms make you wanna vomit. No table was wiped off. I had to wipe my own table off with the sanitary wipe I had in my purse, though cashiers and waiters whatever you wanna call them were rude had attitudes. Filth, nasty, disgusting, I’m calling to gave the store investigated.
