Kids were starving after the movies and we thought we’d give it a try. I can’t believe how much food we got for so little money 2 large pizzas extra cheese and pepperoni, order of wings, stuffed breadsticks, large marinara, 2 liter soda and m&m brownies under $35.

My husband doordashes and he ttys to get there attention to get the pizza and they ignore him flat out even when he says hey I need help and they will look at him and continue going about their business ignoring him. This happens all the time. They also keep putting the pizza in the top rack and that door will not open even when you enter the correct code. This is getting ridiculous because he ends up having to unassigned the order which makes the customer who is waiting for the order take even longer

Ordered a pan pizza and 2 Pepsi’s to be picked up. Their registration was down so the sodas were warm. I asked to have them refunded as no one wants warm drinks with their pizza. He started he’d have to return the whole order. I refused that as I had places to be. Do I got my warm sodas and my deep dish pizza. They never even cut the pizza. All in all it’s the worst experience I’ve had with a to go order. The manager never even offered to make it right… Not that there was much he could do, but the offer would of been nice.

I put in a mobile order tonight and it was fulfilled quick, it was correct, and good. What made today stand out though, was Alex’s willingness to go out of his way for me. I was already having a trying day and was on the verge of tears from stress when I parked and realized I couldn’t find my son’s shoes anywhere. He told me he didn’t need them so he left them in the driveway at home. I didn’t notice and drove all the way there. I called into the store and explained to Alex that I couldn’t take my son inside and had no one to help me and he was so understanding and brought my order out to my car. His kindness hit different today. Thank you Alex.

Ordered online verified address for pickup, waiting over 30 minuites for pizza, then asked at counter what the delay was, was told at that point that the order had been sent to a town 2 hours away that i have never been to, they wouldnt remake it and couldnt do a refund. Told to call the other store for a refund all i get it a 7 miniute commercial and no one will anwser and then it hangs up ,i’ll be calling corporate tommorow
