Popeyes’ service in Magee has gotten terrible. They used to have great service. Now, it’s as bad as the one in Collins. The ones working the window don’t ever seem to know what they’re doing, they regularly get our order wrong, and tonight, there was a 10 minute wait on chicken! Really???

I haven’t been so surprised for a long time. This branch here actually has such good quality food. The refined supervisor, we take out, eat in the car, steaming, and then the meat is sweet and juicy, and I dipped wild honey mustard sauce to give a big praise.love

There is no restaurant like this without leaving this village. Really, this is the best restaurant I have eaten at so far after visiting several southern states. It is ordered and fried immediately when you enter. You can eat it immediately after you take it away. I don’t dare to try randomly, maybe different people will work in the team, will come back again.

Came for the heat, got cold coffee! Ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich combo (at a premium) and got the plain old, same lame chicken sandwich. Absolutely no pepper, none!!!

Low grade fever, diarrhea, and severe abdominal cramps since eating there. It lasted for about 4 days but I’m still feeling unwell. We had spicy chicken sandwiches, sweet & spicy wings with ranch dipping sauce, and a cup of ice water. I’d had nothing to eat since mid-day the day before, so it was definitely due to this food. And we hadn’t been around anyone to pick up germs for it to be viral.
I had called the store and spoke with the manager within a few hours of getting sick. She was very dismissive, said no one else had complained, and hung up. I found no corporate # for Popeyes on my receipt or on their website to report a food safety issue. I did find a # after a web search but it was just a recording stating to file an online complaint which I did but never heard from anyone. I did report it to the Dept of Health so hopefully they did a health inspection.
Update: I see where the company has someone replying to reviews but it’s the same exact heartless message repeating. I won’t EVER spend another dime at Popeyes. They have proven beyond a doubt that the company doesn’t care about the safety of consumers. Horrible company!

I ordered on mobile app. I got home and some of the order was missing. I called and told them that some of my order was missing. She said that she would take my name. I said, “No, I need all of the order.” I picked up the missing items. As I was about to leave, she said I put you one extra wing (ghost pepper wing) in there. I drove 10 miles and all the other food is cold especially fries. Hunny .. one wing is not worth my time and gas.
