We decided to eat out for the evening and picked Subway. I tried to do the order online but it gives minimal customization so we drove to Subway. Our order was 3 footlongs and a 6 inch sub and the staff there was very helpful and patient. So the new Subway promotion is buy 3 get 1 one free so that’s what I expected at the register but that’s not the case at all, you have to order online on order to get the 3 subs and get the 4th free. I was upset st this because it does not say that in the commercials for the promotion and this is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with getting my order messed up and not sure I want to go back to that store again

I go to Subway regularly and I hit many different subways, this SUBWAY® overcharged me , And then when I got home, my sandwich was a mess and not even cut, with tomatoes hanging out. Not the gentleman Who is helping me but the other employee also had an attitude. 29 years as a subway customer, no more, over 8$ and an attitude

There is a caucasian man with ginger facial hair that works at this location that is constantly rude when I come in to order. He makes these slick weird remarks under his breath like a teenager in high school while making orders as of customers are bothering him. I used to go to this subway location very often but he has made it extremely uncomfortable. The owner doesn’t respond to reports so I will definitely start going to the van born subway location instead of this one. This employee with the ginger facial hair is horrible. I noticed I am not the only customer feeling this way about this man. He is rude to others as well from what I witnessed. He needs to grow up and be fired.

I like the Subway at 2735 S Wayne Rd because of the people that work there. They are upbeat and personable. They work hard and keep the place neat and clean. The food is fresh, including the salads, and the service is carried out well.
This location is situated in a declining shopping center. The people that work here should be commended as when you walk into this Subway it is like landing in an oasis of common sense, decency and all around goodness. That’s because of the people working here.
I would not recommend visiting the area later in the evening – but they are closed by then, so, no worries. The parking lot is not being tended properly. The signage for the location on the main roadway is not prominent. There is garbage strewn through the entire area – but not in front of this Subway.
You never know when you are going to meet a hero – but you will if you go to this Subway and if you’re looking to have a great hero for breakfast, lunch or dinner, I recommend this Subway for sure!

WHITE MALE EMPLOYEE with RED FACIAL HAIR is extremely rude to customers. Anytime I’ve gone to this subway location (by the dollar tree), he is always rude to customers. I literally despise ordering from this restaurant when he’s there. I almost cursed him out today on August 24, 2025 around 12 Noon because he was once again, angry to be at WORK! He always makes smart remarks like “is all this food for you, I’m sure it is” or “I would’ve hated you if you ordered a turkey sandwich”. I literally can’t stand this employee. I will be reporting to subway as many times as possible. He attitude is DISGUSTING!

The price I got rung up for is different than the advertised price on the menu and the worker’s only explanation was oh we are going to change that price soon, and it’s only a few cents, but it was a $.60 difference, and he couldn’t understand what the big deal was.

I will never go to this location again. The food was terrible. I order hot subs with were cold and the $5 footlong cookie which was like a brick in the middle. It was even edible because i would of broke a tooth trying. I think they over cooked it in the microwave and it was solid.
