I can’t say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!

I thought this place was a full menu meal prep company. I was wrong!! The pictures show full meals, but the website only showed meat and vegetable options. There are no actual meals! All I can say is this, the pictures they post is false advertisement. The food is definitely directed towards those who work out or don’t want options. After all that, I tried the chicken, and protein waffles. DRY! No flavor. Such a disappointment. This is not for someone that wants a breakfast, lunch, or dinner meal. I suggest going to Fitlife Foods or Clean Eatz. They have actual meals and flavor.

I am happy and relieved to have found this service! The food is delicious, nice portions and they offer a range of foods. I would highly recommend trying the turkey meatloaf and spinach artichoke chicken burger. I will definitely be reordering all my meals from now on from here.

I needed a healthy meal prep so I ordered the ropa vieja with black beans and spanish rice. Super flavorful and authentic tasting!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! Can’t wait to try the other meals!!!!!
