Haven’t eaten the food here and I probably won’t . I pull up through the drive through and someone asked me to pull around to the window without me even ordering . I get to the window and the young lady there has no idea what I’m doing there and asked me how can she help me? I replied I’m trying to order food, but I don’t have a menu here and she said OK with an annoyed, snobby attitude. Either way, I think this experience was unprofessional and unprofessional people should not serve or cook food. I had to travel 30 To get Restaurant and I am very disappointed especially considering we are the same race , little girls shouldn’t be allowed to be on a face of a business. 11/24/25 2:10pm

Honestly the food is always good and hot .. However as a regular customer i was very disappointed on how a small situation was handled by the staff .. i place my order online as i always do for quick pickup being that I’m at work and need to keep rolling . So i went into the store to pick up my order( 4pcs 20$) brought my own cup inside and asked could i get some ice as a regular customer who just spent 20$ bucks for 4 PCS OF CHICKEN and the women said “ ice is 50cents “ . Ma’am i just placed a 20$ order as i do once and week (80$ a month ) i understand inflation and cost to run a business but i felt this was ridiculous. Let me mention again i had my own cup. Honestly if i hadn’t paid for the chicken online i would have left it also. It’s the Principle for me …. I could see if I had walked into the restaurant and didn’t buy anything.. But it’s fine , I’ll never stop there again . That’s bad business and poor customer service..

The voicebox has been broken for I don’t know how many year’s and it’s still broken in the present time. The cashier’s were friendly providing pleasant service. I probably won’t visit again due to the road work but the sweet tea, Apple pies & bourbon chicken are perfect.

My husband & I’s go to spot on our way back to Hallsville on lake days. We absolutely love & appreciate the evening crew. The guys are always welcoming and the spicy chicken & okra is always piping hot & fresh! The sweet tea – our favorite! Keep up the great work guys

I asked for regular and they gave me spicy with a regular biscuit and the chicken wasn’t fresh. It had been sitting under the light for a while&it was hard.The female couldn’t get the order right from the beginning then they still messed it up.
