I knew I had to get a Vegetable Samosa (because they are always tasty!) but had a hard time deciding between the Bombay Fries and the Butter Chicken Fries. Then I had a brief conversation with Roma (she and her husband Obi are the owners), and she confirmed that they could make the Butter Chicken Fries on top of Bombay Fries (SECRET MENU unlocked)! Wohoo! She did warn me that the Bombay Fries have a piquant kick to them, but WOW! Outstanding! Everything was made fresh to order! A bit of kick from the Bombay spices but not too spicy. They not only top the fries with delicious butter chicken, but then top that with shredded lettuce, and smother it all with green sauce (creamy cilantro) and delicious red chutney (five fruits). Wonderful combination, and that is also the dipping sauce for the Vegetable Samosa. The pastry was warm, crispy and flaky, with a soft and savory potato and green pea filling.
I had a great chat with Roma and Obi, and if you were a fan of the Aroma Indian Restaurant that used to be in Draper, or Karma in Sandy, then come here (or order takeout) and enjoy those same delicious flavors. (They are the former owners of both of those establishments).

I ordered the chicken biryani and the nice lady made it fresh on the spot for me! It tasted amazing and the veggies on the side were a nice addition. There are so many good dishes on the menu and they even sell sweets. I have to come back to try them all!

Great fast-casual Indian food in the Southtown mall! Friendly counter staff, quick service. My wife saw they had butter chicken fried and so we made a special trip for it. It was fantastic. The fries were made to order, crispy and fluffy; the sauce was flavorful and the chutney toppings were great. The chicken itself was also very good. My wife and toddler loved it.
We also had vegetable samosas which had a great texture and flavor, and the gulam jamun — for those who don’t know, the gulam is like a spherical little pancake soaked with sweet syrup. They were light and had a very fragrant citrus flavor.
It was great! Another must-have when we go to the mall.

The man working the counter is very kind and gets your food out quickly. We tried a few different dishes (Tikki Masala, Coconut Butter Chicken, and their fries (loaded up with butter chicken, cilantro, lettuce and a few different sauces). Everything was delicious, our favorite being the Tikki Masala! I highly reccomend this food stop; the food and counter were clean, well presented and just downright delicious . We will be coming back here again.

Amazing and well priced! You get a lot of bang for your buck. Also, all the curries are gluten free and they have three that are also dairy free. I got the regular chicken curry and it was delicious! Everything comes not spicy but you can ask them to make it spicy for you if you want. The man at the register was super nice and welcoming

Roma is a great chef and the food delicious! I can’t believe it is available so fast. Did you know Romas has over 20 years experience running a restaurant – no wonder it tastes so good. I loved the butter chicken and curry chicken.
