I rated this based on typical bar food. It’s better than most. Nachos are really good, hamburger also good. Fish and chips too. It’s not usually crowded. They have a pool table and darts. Tons of TVs but a nice assortment of sports. Last time we were there they had basketball but also golf and figure skating. And best of all, it’s not expensive compared to most places in the area.

The reason why I stopped going to this spot is because of this one younger waitress with brown hair and tan skin always gives me attitude acts like she’s better than me when I’m the customer. She wasn’t ever very nice to me but would smile at other customers and would smile even at my friends but always gave me a stearn attitude. I’m very polite and I tip well so I see no reason except she does not like the way I look or something. You shouldn’t judge someone based on how they look. All the other workers were always nice especially the manager. Anyways I never feel comfortable coming here. I tried a few times but I would see her working and I’d leave.

This place is located next to Gem Meats, and it looks like a dive bar from the outside. I’ve always just ignored it, as my dive bar schedule is already pretty full. But I stumbled into this place and discovered it’s really nice inside. And while I don’t foresee them winning any Michelin Stars any time soon, the staff is friendly and the regulars are nice. Place is usually empty, and I’m there a lot. They market themselves as the best kept secret in town, and they seem to be succeeding at being just that. Which probably isn’t the best business model, but hey, there’s no wait at the bar.
