I love this place and am finally taking the time to write this. THE BEST in fresh and authentic Filipino food. You either feel like you went home for lunch break, came home and your mom made dinner, or went to your Tita’s house party for your fave dishes. Longonisa are plump, fresh, sweet, and juicy. Bistek is super tender with just the right tanginess. Adobo was sweet full of authentic aromatics like walking into Lola’s kitchen. Just go!! I heard they have a 2nd location. I will be there for their breakfast for sure!! Thank you for home cooking Manila Grille crew.

Very friendly staff. All the dishes we tried were very yummy. For to go, they use separate containers for each item, which is a plus, imo. Our favorites are the lechon kawali (deep fried pork with crunchy skin) and pancit. They have two kinds of pancit (pan fried noodles), both are equally delicious. Generous servings and affordable prices.

This is my go-to spot for lumpias (egg rolls)! They’re bite-sized and tasty, we always pick up for large special occasions. Their pricing isn’t bad either! you can get 75 for around $38-40.

We’ve been doing big orders without trouble from this branch for company lunches until we dealt with NONONG who needs customer service training. He was rude and had the audacity to cancel our orders when I asked him about a policy that he said they have since day 1 but we never encountered for the years we’ve been ordering with them. In fairness, I appreciate the manager for calling me to straighten things out.

I’m only here to rate the lumpia! OMG, they are the best tasting lumpia I have ever had. Perfectly crispy and seasoned, I could eat the whole tray. A couple of our filipino nurses brought us a tray for a potluck at work and they were the hit of the party. A tray of 50 pcs is about $20. I would drive all the Buena Park just for these little nuggets of deliciousness. Highly recommend the lumpiang shanghai!

I love Filipino food and I have been to a few places but I have to say this place beats them all. I usually order lumpias when I have a potluck to go to and all the other dishes that they have there are absolutely amazing! I am very particular about pancit and they make it just the way that I like it. But feel like the location isn’t ideal and they could remodel but overall the food is definitely the highlight which is the most important thing.

Our visit to this Filipino restaurant was unforgettable! The service was superb, with staff members who were not only professional but also had a real passion for Filipino food. The bulalo was rich and comforting, with tender beef that melted in your mouth. The bicol express was just spicy enough, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. As for the ambiance, it had a beautiful fusion of rustic and contemporary Filipino styles, making it feel like home while still offering something unique. Definitely worth every penny for the fantastic food and excellent service!

So disappointed. Extremely disorganized and very poor customer service. I don’t recommend getting catering from them.

If you have accessibility needs, the parking lot is a hazard and you might even get injuries.

They changed owners a few months ago and it’s not as good as it used to be in terms of taste, options or service. They seem to be focusing on cheaper options. The better and possibly more expensive-to-make sisig, pinakbet and chayote are hard to find there now and in the evenings the options are very limited compared to before. They often don’t have Shanghai lumpia and won’t make any like the old owner used to. The new owner who is always at the front who looks like he’s in his 60s doesn’t have good customer service but most helpers are nice (the Hispanic female worker who looks mid to late 30s can have an attitude though). I also always get a stomach ache from their food. I have gotten food poisoning from their pork menudo a few times and often leftovers even if I reheat them to a high internal temperature and I’m not sure why.
