We were looking for shave ice and found this gem in Kapolei. We got the strawberry hau hale and lilikoi cloud with mango mochi and lychee jelly. The portions are huge and both were absolutely fantastic! The texture of the snow ice is finer that typical Hawaii shave ice and absorbs the flavorings better. The popping boba beads are a fun addition. Wonderful spot for a sweet treat and can’t wait for our next visit.

Absolutely love Aunty’s Hotpot so I had to try her Hau Hale (name changing to Aloha Island Treats) and it did not disappoint! We ordered the egg waffle with matcha ice cream and the strawberry hau hale snow ice. The ice was soft (which I loved) and tastes pretty natural. They have a 25% student discount Monday through Friday from 2-4pm so I highly suggest bringing your keiki!

I ordered the Aunty’s Mango Sunset, and wow… hands down the best shaved ice I’ve ever had. The ice is unbelievably soft — it melts on your tongue like fresh snow — and the mango flavor was bright, bold, and refreshing. The drizzle of condensed milk and the toppings tied it all together perfectly. Every bite had that true island taste you can’t find anywhere else.
And let me just say, the chocolate egg waffle with chocolate ice cream is out of this world. Warm, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with rich chocolate flavor — paired with the ice cream, it’s a treat I’d come back for alone.
What really makes this place shine though is the Aloha behind it!!! The team treats you like family — smiling, chatting, and making sure everything is just right. You can feel the love in every shaved ice and every waffle.

OMG , love this place , my friend suggested me stop here for dessert, and honestly, based on the photos I’d seen, I wasn’t expecting much. But wow, I was wrong, we ordered the Purple paradise, absolutely refreshing and so delicious, words don’t do it justice !
Service was quick, though there were only a couple of people ahead of us.
Overall , it’s a cute place for a quick and memorable dessert stop.

I loved Aunty’s Hot Pot, which always gave free shaved ice with boba for dessert, so I also decided to try the restaurant’s new dessert shop. It is within walking distance of Aunty’s Hot Pot. The shop has strange opening hours on weekdays, but when they are open, the staff are very nice and the shop’s interior is pretty. Tried the mango snow ice with mango mochi and boba. The snow ice was fluffy and the mango mochi complimented the mango snow ice very well. Would also recommend their milk tea flavored custard pudding, which was very creamy and even more delicious than the snow ice; I didn’t take a picture of that. They also sell egg-shaped waffles with tasty-looking sweet sauces and drinks. Might come back and try those out next time.

Twas definitely better before. I don’t know if the owner has changed, but the shave ice used to be waaaay yummier! so smooth it almost like a cotton candy in your mouth. Now, it just feels like any other shave ice you’d get from a roadside stand. On top of that, they always burn my waffle!

The first time I went there with my boyfriend and it went really good! Good service! We tasted ube snow ice with condensed milk, it tasted so Ono! we also ordered an egg waffle and it tasted ok to me! I went there a second time last weekend, it was just me and my mom that we went inside there, we had the mango snow ice with mango mochi and it was also good!

Victor gave excellent customer service! I walked in not knowing what I wanted exactly and he helped me narrow down my choices and was beyond patient while we exchanged our backstories. I ended up ordering the Mango Snow Ice with Strawberry Mochi that’s made fresh in house! Definitely will be returning on my trip out here to Hawaii!

This is a pretty special place. Apparently it’s under new ownership, so the name may be changing. Be aware, anybody trying to find it in the future! The shaved ice is delicious, and there’s something in between ice cream and shaved ice. This is good for two reasons: it’s yummy and it tends to not melt as fast.
The best thing though are the employees. Laura and Yi (I’m sorry if I misspelled either of your names, I should have asked for you to write them down) were so genuinely friendly and helpful. Knowing that I was trying to make it back to my hotel room with the shaved ice in tow, they went to great measures to ensure it wasn’t just a pile of liquid by the time I got there. Thank you both! For the rest of you, go check it out. If you like sweet things you’ll love it.
