This is a great little food truck. Rowan is a really nice guy and it seems like he really puts effort into making good food. I think it was a strong value. We shared a 3 meat plate to try it all. Pork was my favorite. The Mac salad is a crunchy style with celery and carrot shreds. I really liked it but may not be for everyone.

I’ve been to Rowan’s a few times and am always impressed. If you have ever been to Hawaii you will be familiar with the plate lunch : meat, rice, Mac salad. Also spam musubi. And poke. Rowan’s has it all – their Kailua pork, seaweed salad, are so good. And you can eat it as you gaze into the beautiful blue waters. Probably the closes to Hawaii you’ll get in Idaho!

Couldn’t decide so I ordered a two meat plate of beef and pork. Came with a side of rice and Mac.
My wife got a chicken salad, spam musubi and seaweed salad. EVERYTHING was great and you should give it a try!

What a find amidst this tiny town of Harrison! After 5 days of camping, we were hungry for something exotic. Rowans hit the spot! We had Kaluha pork & teriyaki chicken. Generous portions served with a mountain of rice, drizzled in delicious homemade teriyaki sauce. Also a side…Kale salad was my choice and it was scrumptious (kale with cabbage and other medley of ingredients in a sweet mayo dressing). As if the meal itself wasn’t enough, our dining experience was enhanced by Rowan himself visiting with us. He served us Musubi – a taste of Hawaiian sushi. Wow! What a perfect way to end our day. Mahalo Rowan!

Found this place on my map app and was surprised at the positive reviews. They were right! Real good food with super friendly owners. Enjoyed the small sit-down area with lake view and peace and quiet. Would return in a heartbeat. Mahalo!
