Do not wait to try this place! It’s off the charts fresh, tasty & delicious. It was great price for Bahn Mi. Portion sizes were huge and you get a discount if you use cash. Prepare to wait 10 to 15 minutes for your order even when they’re quiet, it is worth the wait. Place is very well kept, clean & delightful and the food is super fresh.

Maybe I’m being unfair because I didn’t actually eat at this place. I was headed for another place in the area that begins with “Paris” (which I love) and stumbled across this place. I thought I had found a hidden gem. But when I walked inside there was a bad smell. After watching enough episodes of Kitchen Nightmares to know what can go on behind the scenes at restaurants, I made a pact with myself not to eat at a place that smells bad.

We happened upon this hidden gem, the perfect place for a quiet late lunch. We tried the creme brulee milk tea and the strawberry slush, along with the Korean corn dogs. Some of the best drinks and easily best corn dogs in the Triangle. Plus the restaurant is cute and well maintained. Even has a couple photo ops for anyone who may want to take advantage. Highly recommend coming by!

Paris Banh Mi is excellent! The authentic bánh mì are served on warm, crispy baguettes and filled with classic ingredients like pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber, Vietnamese mayonnaise, pâté, and savory meats. Our go-to orders are the grilled pork (B2 – pictured) and the pork roll with pâté (B5)—both are flavorful, fresh, and consistently delicious. If you want a true bánh mì, this place delivers every time.

The place is clean & friendly staff. Love their banhmi, particularly the #1 & their #2 grilled pork, #7 are my favorite. The bread is always perfect, filled with healthy portions of meat & fillings that are always on point. Everything always tastes fresh. Would go back!

Pretty good sandwich and it’s big! The baguette is nice and crispy, the veggies are fresh and crunchy, however, the meat is a little dry and could use more sauce. Even still, I would happily come back for another. The French fries are terrific. They have a little bit of spices on them and a light batter which makes them crunchy on the outside and soft inside.

Very disappointed. This is the Subway of Vietnamese sandwiches. The meat was overcooked and the flavors were just ok. But what took this from a 4 to 3 star rating was the chicken bone I found in my sandwich. I was given a sandwich refund, but with the amount of good banh mi shops in the area I have no intention of returning.

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent price. Use to go to Pho Vietnam until they closed. I have been looking for a Banh mi since. I will regularly go here now. The food is fresh, looks like family owned and operated (we need more these places), the atmosphere is very clean and you can’t beat $9 for a large sandwich that tastes delicious!!! I think you’ll enjoy!!!!
