Placed an order for $75 and pizza was cold and manager was unaccommodating. pizza looked burnt and did not put extra cheese on my pizza and also had hair in it. Manager tried to argue with me about how the food wasn’t cold instead of trying to fix the problem because they were closing. Mind you I’m feeding not only myself but 5 other nurses that work in my hospital. Very disappointed with my service.

My pizza here is always good, hot and full of meat. They are fast, making sure to get ppl in and out. No long waiting lines. They are respectful, kind. And love that if your order isn’t right and if it’s not cooked right, or cooked the way you like it, it’s not a problem for them. They will take it back and do it the way you like it. I thought, wild that is amazing to see this small pizza establishments who took the time to make this order right for this lady that was there and wasn’t happy with her order. Listen, they took it back and made it right. Who does that anymore. She said that is why I come here, if they don’t cook it right for you they don’t have a problem with making it again to make it right. I loved that! “From now on they get my money.”
I will continue to spend my money in this Imo’s Pizza establishment indeed. Keep up the wonderful service Imo’s.

I enjoyed the pizzas from here so much so that I came back again to buy pizza for my family. Ordering through the website was easy and parking was always convenient. The second time there was a homeless lady outside approaching me, but that has nothing to do with the owners and the business. My family’s favorite was the deluxe, but the bbq chicken and the all meat were delicious as well.

The original place where Imo’s Pizza is already closed which was located at Thurman Avenue & Shaw Boulevard in the Shaw neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri… so this is the closest.
Anyway… we ordered the their signature square-cut, cracker‑thin crust topped with Provel cheese, the all meat st louis pizza and aron’s favorite buffalo chicken wings.
Me and aron liked the chicken, but the pizza we are divided.. she liked it and i dont. We both didnt liked the toasted ravioli.
Place was a little bit smelly or maybe that is just the smell of food… 3 stars because no toilets and where to wash our hands.

I ordered this by uber eats at my hotel and I will always remember a hotel staff saying “mmm Imos, you’re making me hungry” when I walked to the elevator. The pizza was great but I wasn’t too sure what to think about the toasted ravioli. Either way I recommend you try this spot.

I visited this Imo’s Pizza a few weeks ago for dinner with my Partner. The establishment wasn’t crowded, but there was a family there picking up their order. You do have to wear a mask in order to enter. There are tables and chairs, but all seating areas were closed . There were partitions separating the employees from the patrons with signs reminding all to keep 6 feet apart. We placed our order and sat to wait until it was ready. There was a little wait due to the cashier being in the restroom.
This location is situated in a small strip mall with parking out front. The parking lot can fill up fast leaving only street meter parking available. This location is wheelchair accessible and the area seemed safe. I’ve visited this area many times with no issue.

1. She had an attitude when I walked up
2. You can tell that she didn’t want to be there
3. I ask for the special she’s giving attitude
4. It looked as if she was expecting a tip smh
I know the pizza is going to be good because it’s IMO’s but 100% I will NEVER come back to this location. <- mess around and make a YouTube and TikTok video about this place.

The pizzas were cooked the way my family likes it. My son enjoyed the provel bites. My husband ate most of the toasted ravioli. Very enjoyable meal.

If I wanted a veggie pizza I would have ordered a veggie pizza. I ordered the deluxe and they loaded my pizza with green peppers and onions to the max. On top of that the pizza was soft and soggy. Unfortunately after this being a bad experience back to back I no longer support any Imos franchise. You’ll have forgotten how to make the pizza pies I grew up loving.
