Went to the restaurant last night for the first time. We ordered rock shrimp as an appetizer. I noticed our server accidentally delivered a dish she called “rock shrimp” to the table next to us. My husband mentioned that it was actually our order.
She then came back and asked if we had ordered coconut shrimp. I said we had not, but what she brought to our table turned out to be coconut shrimp. At that point, we didn’t realize the mix-up and had already eaten it.
She later returned to ask if we still wanted the rock shrimp, and I said no. However, about a minute later, the rock shrimp was still served to us.
At the end of the meal, we were charged for both the rock shrimp and the coconut shrimp. I understand mistakes happen and I was okay paying for the food, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the confusion. The situation was handled as if nothing had happened, which was disappointing.
According to the bill, our server’s name was Amanda. Overall, the experience could have been much better with clearer communication and a simple apology.

This was the worst Chinese food I have had in a very long time. Ordered over 100$ in food and got a single little container of duck sauce. When I called, the lady who answered the phone said that I could have asked for extra at an extra cost. Except when ordering online there is no place to request extra duck sauce. Rangoons were stale and cold. Rice had no flavor, the general tso’s is NOT general tso’s it’s sweet and sour chicken. This place is aweful and I will not be returning. Photos are of the sauce I received before using any! Dont waste your money. Go to Yang Ming 2. I should have!

Ordered a few months ago from Door Dash. Sushi was some of the best in the local area. Unfortunately, the last TWO times we ordered through Door Dash, we only received two out of the 6 items ordered and were charged for all six. Not sure what’s going on at the restaurant, but we’re definitely not going to get delivery from there anymore.

Your missing out. Get in here! This place is great. Nice bar, nice booths, low lighting, staff is a delight and food is amazing- delicious! In the North East Corner of Massachusetts good Chinese food is sparing. Well now there’s Osaka! Not just for sushi lovers but ALL ASIAN CUISINE! Did I mention quiet spot in the country part of town and it’s own parking lot? And Take out? Yes and yes and yes! 10.stars if I could!

Large food and drink menu with a variety of choices. I was extremely satisfied with everything I ordered and would 100% return and recommend to anyone in the area. It is right off the highway so was an easy choice to stop for a nice meal. The inside is modern and clean with a small bar and many booths to sit at. The employees were very nice and helpful. All the prices were reasonable and the service was great.

Ordered a few weeks ago because we had a few drinks and were looking to get some Chinese food.
We ordered a lot . Chicken fingers, noodles, gyoza, dumpings, all of it was well crafted and very tasty. Ordered a sushi roll too and you can tell it was fresh. We ordered about 100 dollars worth of food and got a lot for that amount between 6 people.
Service was great they let us sit at the bar and we ordered a drink. The bar was very clean, fully stocked and well decorated. They even gave us a little dessert unprompted with a smile (thank you)
