I would leave 0 stars if I could. They got my husbands order completely wrong! I think it’s important to know basic English especially for the company you work for. He asked for 2 glazed blueberry donuts, they were confused and asked 3x and he repeated himself, they still didn’t understand. He asked for egg & cheese sandwich with NO sausage because we don’t eat pork and they literally gave him the sandwich with sausage. The language barrier is insane. So disappointed in the order.

1. The door was lock so I went around to the drive thru. I ask for 2 glazed donuts and ask for them to be warmed since I know they would be cold. The young lady warmed them but they was extremely hot so I ask for 2 more but not as hot she argued and was proceed by saying it’s not even hot and close the glass aggressively. Idk if it was a bad day for her but her attitude seem very aggressive.

I ordered a big order online the day before. I get there the next morning at 6:15 am per my order and they didn’t receive the order until a few minutes before according to the front counter lady. I had a large event waiting on me a couple of miles away and I couldn’t wait 20-30 minutes for them to fill my order. So, they gave me one of each donut (probably day-old donuts) to fill my 7-dozen order. (They did ask me and I said yes, because I didn’t really have a choice, either that or nothing.) Some donuts were ok, but some were horrible. Shipley, if someone orders a day before and pays for a certain number of donuts and a specific time, please have them ready. This is unacceptable!

I came in and specifically requested HOT glazed donuts. I was given a bag with 2 donuts and when the bag felt cold. Upon touching the donuts they were cold. Then the lady tells me she can warm them up in the microwave. I don’t want microwaved warmed donuts when I specifically asked for Hot fresh donuts. The older lady says “oh she didn’t understand because she doesn’t speak English well”. The limitations of one’s language proficiency does not give excuse to provide me with less than what I’ve requested or paid for. I think I’ll stick to going to the Donut Man right down the parking lot. They are family run, local, and I’ve never had any issues with getting what I requested, besides missing the window on getting some hot donut holes lol

Lazy employees. Don’t get you the correct stuff. Leave stuff out but they double check to charge for it. You have to check everything before you leave. Good thing Dunkin’ Donuts just opened up down the road.

If you visit this location just know they will not give you you your free reward from the app. This lady named CRISTINA pretends the internet isn’t working and charge your card for the free reward. I could have just went to a different location. That means she didn’t scan my order for me to earn points. It’s crazy they find a reason to get your money when they came up with the reward system and won’t honor it.

I would never go back. This is the third and last time I got Do-Nuts from here and they don’t seem to care. They have mean ladies working there who don’t care and grab your food that ends up being mushed. See photo. I asked for my money back and they didn’t acknowledge me and told me I paid already. What good business ethics.

This store doesn’t offer veterans day discount which is put out through the company. I also struggled even understanding the lady who was trying to take my order causing me to repeat myself multiple times.

If I could give a 0 I would. Cannot communicate properly. Asked for chocolate filled. Kept trying to give me white. cream filled. Had to convince her I wanted chocolate filled. This is not my first bad experience with them. Go to Alvin or Pearland. Pearland Shipley’s employees are angels.
