I ordered on the app for carry out 30mins in advance. I show up and my order was given to a door dasher so I’m not sure how that occurred. Got a fresh one made. I didn’t know the wings would be stored in flimsy paper and the sauce weakens the side so now my pizza is covered in wings sauce as well and really killed my mood for this pizza.

This is my favorite location, in fact, a different location is actually closer to me. I’m never disappointed when I open the box, the employees are friendly and that means something in a time where customer service isn’t prioritized anymore. We appreciate Andrew and his staff!

This location has seriously gone downhill. When I arrived, the front desk employee casually walked off saying he had to “poop” — not exactly information I needed to hear as a customer.
I had ordered a personal pan pizza and arrived 12 minutes early, as confirmed by their order board. Instead of making a fresh pizza, the manager pulled one from the bottom of the food heater and handed it to me. It was clearly old — you could see the imprint from the pizza table and the cheese had hardened. It also had very little sauce.
When I pointed this out, the manager responded with “Oh no,” but it was obvious the pizza wasn’t fresh. There were over 15 premade pizzas just sitting in the heater — clearly a sign of poor quality control.
This used to be one of the best locations, but under the current management, it feels unprofessional and careless. That attitude seems to have trickled down to the staff too. With so many better pizza options nearby, I’d recommend avoiding this one.

Wish every Pizza Hut was consistent. We ordered a large Original Pan pizza with extra cheese…half of one side was over done & brown & dry. The crust didn’t taste like it normally does. It was gross. No way they added extra cheese. Wish our son had opened the box while he was inside picking it up, would have refused to accept it. The other pizza, was a large thin crust pepperoni with extra cheese. Again, did not have extra cheese & both pizzas were not cut all the way thru. We had to rip the slices apart. Pure laziness. Glad we tipped 18% on the order They also wanted to charge for packets of Parmesan cheese, never had to pay at any other Pizza Huts. We were there for a baseball tournament but will know for the future to never stop by there again. Waste of money. Do not bother going here. We spent $53.40 on 2 large pizzas including tip. Total rip off.

Ordered a large supreme and got a meat lovers with a bunch of uncooked vegetables on top that just fell off. It had canadian bacon which we all hate too. Very disappointing – you aren’t fooling anyone with your lazy service.
