Pizza and service was good. Where it is positioned in a little strip mall with parking only in a large parking lot hundreds of feet away shared with other business such as Publix gives very little parking. They suggest that you pick up in rear but going to the back of the building.. behind a lot of other Businesses and smelly dumpsters after dark was TOO scary. We didn’t know exactly where the pick up window was we just kept driving until we saw something that looked like a pickup window and had to ask if it was Papa John’s. We probably won’t be going back there. We’ll find a better more convenient location

This place is great, Forrest (hopefully he’s the manager) cause he had exceptional service, in less than ten minutes he made me a pizza from scratch, super friendly and professional. The restaurant has a health department score of 99. It looks new clean, not just clean but clean as if it was just built. Honestly this will be my go to for pizza. The price was reasonable and it all taste fresh. Even though it was close to closing time he greeted me very friendly which is an exceptionally rare thing for Montgomery. 11/10. Only thing it may lack are chairs but with such speedy service I doubt you’ll be there for long.

Rude nasty people work there. No menu to look at. I was told I would have to scan a code with my phone for the menu. Didn’t have my phone so I’m out of luck with that one. So I ordered a large with 2 toppings. Bummer. I waited 15 minutes and came back for my pizza. The girl asked my name, put my pizza on the counter, turned her back and simply walked away. I said, thank you, she said nothing. No thank you. No nothing. I can’t believe Pike Road would have nasty people working there. Especially when Publix is next door with awesome people working there. With that being said, I will not be back. Plenty of other places I can have a good experience at. Should have tried mellow mushroom I guess.

Horrible service and the staff couldn’t care less about the customer. Myself & 2 other cars waited 20 min for someone to come to pick up window…never did…even after I called local number and the young man said “ok.” Finally went in for pizza only to find it wasn’t made to order…wrong toppings! No apology @ all!!! Just complaining about how only 2 were working and the young lady mumbling under her breath! Need to have an adult there that “cares” about customers and isn’t nasty & rude!!!

They never give enough cheese. I gave them 3 chances. Even when I ordered extra cheese you can still see a lot of sauce showing on the pizza from all the gaps.

Do not call the phone number listed on the site. It goes to a call center, not the exact location. I tried to order 2 medium pizzas and was quoted $47.00. I hug up and ordered on line, cost was $32.00. The call center kept trying to sell me up, and not just take my order.
