Idk who manages this place but they are doing a great job with their team! I love coming to this location when I’m near, my customize drink is always consistent and everyone is so nice. Today is red cup day and you can tell they were organized. Without asking for one, there was a barista checking to see if you had a holiday drink to hand you one at the mobile order area. I normally go to Elmwood since it’s closer to me, but my experience is never the same there.

The gentleman with the mustache would not sell me a tall cold foam with my two venti chai’s. I didn’t want it for free. So I went to another Starbucks, and they were happy to SELL me a tall cold foam.

Since the place has been renovated every single order we have placed has been incorrect. I have uploaded a photo of a hot coffee with “iced” printed on the cup. This has happened over and over again. The staff does not care.

I am writing to commend one of your outstanding employees, Ronnie, who works at 9301 Jefferson Hwy, River Ridge. As a regular customer, I frequent this location at least five times a week, ordering the same drink—6 shots of espresso. Initially, I would request a cup of ice upon arrival, as this option isn’t available on the app.
After only a few visits, Ronnie noticed my habit and went above and beyond to make my experience seamless. One day, to my delight, I walked in to find not only my espresso waiting but also a cup of ice already prepared—without me having to ask. This small yet thoughtful gesture truly made my day.
Since then, Ronnie has continued to proactively prepare my order exactly the way I like it. Her attention to detail and genuine care for regular customers is a shining example of exceptional service. It’s these small acts of kindness that make a huge difference and keep customers like me coming back.
Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Ronnie for her excellent service and dedication to making her customers feel valued. She’s a true asset to your team, and I hope her efforts are recognized.

I usually love this starbucks, its close to where I live and I come daily. Lately though, they can’t seem to get it together. I get the same thing every day, venti iced caramel mochiatto with extra caramel. I make sure to click “extra” in the app where it shows the caramel drizzle and I go to customize and select line the cup with caramel. Still day after day hardly any caramel at all. I dont mind paying extra, but if I ask you for it I expect it. I can understand every once in while forgetting because I know they get busy but every single time is another story. I pay 7 dollars for a drink I want it to be what I ask for. Also 3 times this month I’ve ordered apple crossiant, just for me to get there and they tell me they’re out. Every other starbucks I use will let you know they dont have them when ordering in the app. Not this one. It allows me to add it like its available. When I get there they tell me sorry we’re out. I dont like anything else but ive already paid so I have no choice but to take a different crossiant that im not going to eat. I never complain, I’ve worked in the service industry and I get it, shit happens. But every day! So please starbucks, if we ask for extra caramel give it(I will pay extra if need be) and please if you dont have a item update the app so we know before we get there. I still love this place, and I still intend to come here but please make the appropriate adjustments! I spend a lot of money here and only want what I pay for! Thank you

Good stuff. I don’t frequent this location often, but when I do, it’s never busy, and the drinks are well made. My wife usually orders online while we’re already in route to the store. Which is about a 5 to 10 minute drive, and our drinks are always ready and waiting when we get there. I would’ve given them 5 stars if their prices were a little cheaper. Hence, the reason we don’t frequent this location often, or any Starbucks for that matter.

Update:
Since the renovation the atmosphere has changed. Now it is more of a corporate atmosphere and attitude not the cozy neighborhood feel it used to have.
One of my favorite Starbucks. Always friendly and very consistent on the taste. Very cozy neighborhood atmosphere.

The girls on shift are constantly gossiping and talking bad about the employees not on shift constantly. Even gossiping with the customers at their tables. It happens every time we come in and it’s absolutely disgusting behavior.
