Stopped for dinner on a road trip. Great food and service. Combo plate a good choice for dinner. I got the red, white and green sauces together. Menudo was awesome. Then visit the official Hatch Chile gift shop right next door in the same plaza.

The food here is excellent. The quality of the food and customer service is more than you can ask for. It’s definitely a local favorite! It’s affordable it’s delicious. I had take out. I live in Colorado. We have good Mexican food, but nothing like this. It is in a strip mall, and the atmosphere is as you would expect. However, it’s very clean and bright. The food is excellent. I had Chile rellenos. They were big and flavorful. The rice and beans were full of flavor like I have never had. Usually, they are simply a bland filler. These really taste wonderful. The red salsa is the same. Queso, also awesome. Highly recommend.

It was our first meal in NM, really impressed by the quality of the food here. Chicken fajitas were served on a sizzling hot plate, together with stewed beans and different salsas. Grilled fish in fish tacos was flavorful and not too oily. We’ve tried many Mexican restaurants in California but this one is definitely one of our top 3. Highly recommended

This has become one of my favorite restaurants in town, if not my favorite. I honestly want to try everything on the menu.
I’ve tried the tripas, barbacoa, carne asada and chicken alambre tacos. It’s hard to say which one is my favorite because they’re all good in their own way. Also, I love the handmade tortillas here, lovely texture.
Also, 5 of my friends got steak and enchiladas at a very reasonable price. He thoroughly enjoyed his meal.
Highly recommended and way better than some of the overrated places people always talk about in town. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. 5 / 5

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Nice to walk into a business & be greeted with a smile.
Can’t say the same for A LOT of places. Waitress was so patient & kind with my 80 yo mental disability client. He’s challenged, had a couple strokes, & has anxiety to top it off. It’s hard for him to communicate sometimes & people get inpatient & I end up having to talk for him a lot because of it. They were very sweet & so patient. Also they made sure he got his card back he forgot
I only got asada nachos & couldn’t really finish them while they were fresh dealing with matters on the phone for relocation but the meat was seasoned to perfection. Chips & salsa on point. I could go just for the chips & salsa alone.
My phone didn’t save my.pic of the nachos but they’re fantastic trust me. My client got the enchilada plate with white sauce & cleaned his entire plate.
