Everything about this restaurant is disappointing I honestly don’t understand how they’re still open. The food is consistently terrible, and they almost never have what you order. The place looks unkempt both inside and outside, which makes it feel unsanitary. To make matters worse, this time I found hair fried into the chicken nuggets.

I’ve tried to get in touch with corporate about this loud sound coming from your roof 21 to 24 hours a day with no luck. Not sure if it’s from your exhaust fans or HVAC system, but after visiting 6 other BK’s, none seem to have this awful and constant noise.Going to try SoundPrint and record decibel readings and go from there .

I walked into a total mess at 12:36pm, the manager was yelling aggressively at the lady who was behind making the orders, practically humiliating her in front of everyone. The lady who was making the orders dropped everything that she was doing, clocked out and started crying as everyone watched. My order took over 30 minutes. I’m absolutely never coming here again. Service here is the worst of the worst some lady name Claudia is the worst employee ever she is constantly yelling order and at the workers very unprofessional that right there will not have my family of 10 go ever again to this location. The atmosphere is horrible just because of her service was a 2 out of 10 slow because of that lady Claudia constantly yelling and cursing I have twin 6 year old hearing her cursing please fire her she deserves to work in a place where no customers go like a warehouse with no ac. The food was cold didn’t seem fresh and roaches in the corners. I will notify inspectors to go by because this place needs new management.

I was absolutely not happy with my visit today ordering here always seems to be an issue and the workers have terrible attitude and today it was enough to actually write a review because who leaves reviews at fast food restaurants??? I was reading off a list and first thing I know I said was I would like a JR chicken, proceeded to order two bacon cheese burgers and a regular cheese burger. I wanted half sweet tea and lemonade for my drink I guess that was a first and the young lady taking my order laughed and said “uhh okayyy” I pull up and check my order .. no jr chicken I check the receipt and she just put in burgers. Continued to say I never said that got the manager who wanted to go back and forth about the fact that I never said it when I know I did. I told them listen I don’t mind paying and I will give one of these burgers I never order back like it’s not an issue but I’m not going to keep going on about something I knew I said. Point is do better . Also since when do the burgers only have mustard???? Like no ketchup in the burgers?? ill make sure to just go to Wendy’s across the street

The inside feels muggy, and the Coke machine has been down for over two weeks, making refills impossible. There are never any napkins available in the front. This Burger King needs serious attention.

I came today june 18th at 9pm i ordered 3 single pound 1 single impossible they didn’t give the impossible with the order when I went to the counter i let the lady that was standing there that i was missing the impossible she didn’t look at me and didn’t say nothing that she heard me about it, i reach her again didn’t look at me just make the call to kitchen make an impossible the person that made it didn’t knew the recipe i was standing at the counter while they were telling what it had, when they finally gave me the burger i wasn’t the impossible meat the person that ate the burger knew it wasn’t impossible meat cause she’s been vegan for 12 years and real meat makes her sick so i went to make it confirm if it was the impossible meat they just took it didn’t say if it was or wasn’t they re made the burger but this time the meat was burned-out completely.
