We ordered the onion rings, chicken bites, fried pickles, fried mushrooms and cheese curds. I think the pickles were by far the favorite. Everything was very crunchy, the curds and mushrooms were my least favorite. The sauce selection was pretty good. Overall the food was alright, could use some flavor. The employee was less than desirable to order from. Very weird interaction. The mall was nice.

The onion rings were pretty good. As a Canadian, I was surprised to see a poutine with white cheddar (not common at all). It was pretty decent. No complaints at all about the food.
Now … Customer service. Lesson learned. Don’t try talking to the employee. Just order, pay, and leave. Did not get a hi, nor a bye, and not even a thank you. Just a “what can I get you?” and “which sauce?”, and a “what’s the name?”. Customer interaction and friendliness goes a long way in earning a repeat customer, not just great food.

This is the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and onion rings. This food is always really good and service is quick. I love coming here, it’s so nice to have comfort food favorites that I don’t have to cook for myself!

The gluten free coating on their chicken strips and rest of the food is outstanding. It is crispy and well seasoned. I got a large order for my child’s school club today and I had several kids ask where it was from. Even the teacher was impressed.

I drove out of my way to try this place and I was not disappointed! The gal working was so friendly and offered me suggestions since I had never been there. My absolute favorite item was the cheese curds. They are true “fair like” cheese curds. I also had the fried pickles since I love them and they are hard to find anywhere and they were very yummy. The chicken strips were good, but I personally did not love the Cajun like seasoning. The mall that this is located in has nice shopping as well. I cannot wait to come back next time!

Newly gluten free and shocked to find a completely safe option while we were shopping. Food was fresh and hot and absolutely delicious. I had the fish sandwhich. It was so good. Especially the bun, which I couldn’t tell was gluten free. Such a treat! The sauce on the sandwhich was also really good.

Dealing with a gluten sensitivity can severely restrict your fast food options. It can be frustrating to the point where you end up only eating the meat portion at many fast food places depending on how it was prepared. Where’s The Flour solves that problem. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place at the mall. The menu had quite a few good options. I had the Crispy Jerk Sandwich. Crunchy, savory, and a good bit of heat. My one knock on the place is the Atmosphere. The restaurant storefront could use a facelift. It looks like a pop-up restaurant that isn’t quite sure how comfortable it should get. However, that should not deter you from ordering their food. This is a great GF option for on the go food.

Today is my birthday, all I wanted was good food!!! I have celiac disease and can not eat gluten, which makes it extremely hard to find comfort food. I drove to Minneapolis, uptown and lake street looking for something to eat. Then finally found “where’s the flour” in north town mall!!! It was worth the day of driving, my heart cried with joy when I knew I could eat all my favorites without the pain and brain fog gluten brings. I am so thank for this place and highly recommend them, as well as all the other restaurants at North town mall. If you haven’t been to the food court in a while, do yourself a huge favor and go. They redid the food court and it’s full independent owned restaurants, even though I can’t eat everything looks amazing. Thank you to the owner, he came out and told me he does what he does so people like me can still enjoy good food. I’m so thankful for him!
