Lu & Pe Mexican Restaurant is the sweetest little mom-and-pop spot! You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in. The tacos were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. And the tamales? So good. Soft, perfectly seasoned, and full of authentic flavor that tastes homemade in the best way.

Quaint little mom and pop Mexican restaurant in Palmdale. The food, although looking basic, was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent, as you would expect from such a small establishment. I had the birria plate good authentic food. It’s a moms and pops type of place so service it’s a bit lacking when the tables are filled but when there not service is better. Will definitely keep coming back.

Found this place tucked in a corner like Baby in Dirty Dancing just waiting for Patrick Swayze. The atmosphere was quaint. Just a few tables with down to earth vibe. The food was tasty and like the other reviews it a resemblance of home cooking. The service was impeccable. The staff was two that I could see and likely the owners.

This is the most authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had in Palmdale. Everything was homemade from the meat to the chips and tortillas! The chips alone where amazing! The tamales were so moist and fresh. And the wet burritos were incredible! You can tell the tortilla was handmade when chewing it. All amazing and this place deserves a chance for all to try!
