20% of the time the pizza is good and they remember your dips. The other 80% of the time the pizza is literally like cardboard. tonight the texture is exactly like it’s been refrigerated for 4 days and reheated. The pepperoni is dry and rubbery, the pizza isn’t even hot, it’s dry and room temp. This just sucks. Literally should’ve gotten red baron. AND they raised the price of the dips but forgot our dips (AGAIN) which is like… y’all owe us at least $5 from the last month forgetting our dips… but the pizza is so gross! Like stop smoking whatever you’re smoking before your shift or stop working there!

The employees helped me order and walked me through the deal for the day. Jacob, the store manager, was very sweet and welcoming. He helped to fix my order that accidentally had too much cheese and delivered it to my car. Thanks Jacob, we will be back soon!

Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered 1 pizza and was told 25 mins. 50 mins later, still have 25 more minutes. I asked for a cookie pizza and lady told me she didn’t feel like making it, when questioned she said she misunderstood me. Not sure how there is room for error when ordering simple things.

We have a business in the area and we eat at this pizza hut frequently. I have to say since Mr. Segler has taking over as manager, the place has done a positive 180! Don’t go here this Pizza Hut is a scam. They just robbed me all my reward points and they turn around and say they can’t do nothing about it whenever I have the receipt on my phone and it’s proof. Pizza was good. I don’t love pizza, ate enough for a lifetime. Got the spinach special, was best. My daughter said the Mac n cheese was bland and the container was half filled. My son got the BBQ when chicken and bacon. He said the spinach was better reheated.

I ordered during a storm and arrived as power was cutting in and out. The entire staff stayed calm and professional. The manager Nyla (not sure if that is spelled correctly) was absolutely AMAZING. She handled the combination of tech issues and the backup of customers with grace. The entire staff is amazing, and great leaders are a huge part of it.
