The food here is so good! Well worth the little drive off 25. The town of Palmer Lake is super charming, and a nice place to spend an afternoon. This family is absolutely precious and you can tell how proud they are of their food! Never had a bad meal here and even though I try to branch out, the Springs torta is usually what I get…so good! The chips are delicious too! Stop by and enjoy a day by the lake!

Came here to try a new place close by. We have, what feels like a ton, of Mexican food choices in our area so wasn’t sure what to expect. (This place has been through a few hands with different owners.) All of us were pleasantly surprised with it. This place has good food and good service. I ordered the lengua burrito and the meat/filling combination was perfect,usually you get very little meat. The lengua was very tender and flavored well. The only thing I didn’t like was that one of the salsas was very salty, I thought it was the meat at first but it was only salty with the salsa, since I poured the salsa all over it was hard to ignore. This is the only reason for the 4 stars, but will adjust if I come back and try the food again and it is different . Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. The staff at the front were very friendly.

I love this place and always come for the tacos. This is one of the few taco places around that make tacos out of corn flour. And it tastes amazing. Not to mention it’s also gluten free! This place always has great service and a cute vibe.

Came here after hiking in Larkspur. First thing was I was bombarded by the smell of something like cleaning spray. Wasn’t food, and wasn’t appetizing. Menu was pretty tiny, but the food was well proportioned and priced.
I loved that it appeared to be a small family restaurant. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our visit.

The food was Absolutely amazing. We had the street tacos and they by far exceeded my expectations. My husband and I were licking our fingers trying to make sure we ate every sliver of the churros. Absolutely recommend.

Love coming here. The owners are great people. I love their hustle! The food is fantastic. I’ve tried just about everything. Today my wife and I each had a taco and split squatchy fries. If you like carne Asada fries you need to try these. Crispy fries and loaded with the good stuff. As for the tacos just order a few different types and give them a try. I sort of lean towards carnitas. You really can’t go wrong with anything.
The spicy Paloma is on point. They have other drinks, but I keep ordering the same one. No reason to mess up a good thing.
One last thing, my wife is gluten free and they have tons of options.
