We ordered over an hour ago on the Pizza Hut website, apparently they use doordash to deliver because they have no drivers? When we called for support, the woman from customer service was INCREDIBLY rude repeating “That’s Doordash, we can’t control what they do “
We didn’t order from Doordash, the driver delivered the pizzas as I’m writing this review and he says that they had multiple orders and that ours came out second.
We don’t usually get Pizza Hut and now we never will again.

Was hoping for some nostalgia with the buffet comeback.
I don’t eat pork and the pizzas coming out all had pork. We asked to get one with just cheese or veggies but they wouldn’t do that. I paid for 5 people who couldn’t eat 90 percent of what was put out. Then the salad bar side had mold in the cheese containers. The entire store was dirty.
We barely got an apology and still had to pay full price.

I didn’t want to go over the JRB to go to the Mercury Pizza Hut so I decided to go to the Smithfield location I’m so sorry for not going to Hampton. Smithfield needs to take notes from Hampton on how to actually bake a pizza without cheese and not burn the Italian sausage and ues its ok to use sauce. This taught me a valuable lesson which is if you don’t feel like driving eat something else and go the next day. Someone needs to be retrained on the different types of crust. I ordered traditional hand toss but I received thin and crispy. This is the worst Pizza Hut pizza that I’ve ever had. I will not return to this location. This was definitely a waste of my money. Hampton I’m coming back and I will not ever settle again.

Working in Smithfield we have ordered from this Pizza Hut a lot and never had a problem until today. We got a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, and sausage and picked it up in store. When we got it back to the office we found out it’s super thin on the bottom and greasy and falling apart. The crust doesn’t taste right at all and doesn’t have the “Hut Favorite” seasoning that we requested. Overall really disappointing today.

Total waste of time. I arrived during lunch time today and the buffet looked awful. Dried up pizzas, nearly empty salad bowl and seemed neglected. I was told when the server came to place my order that they only had bottles beverages. I asked for a glass of a water and he told me that I would have to purchase a bottled water. I left at that point. I do not recommend.

Ordered the bone out wings, parmesan garlic. The wings were small, and incredibly over sauced.
The pizza was standard Pizza Hut fare. I think it’s the worst out of all the chains, but for some reason, my wife loves it.

Service was good last time I was in there was before Covid in 2019. Buffet back then was “good” definite decline along with the condition and cleanliness of the restaurant . For 2 people with water better values for lunch exist. Salad Bar was disappointing.

My boyfriend stopped off and got dinner for us two days ago and he’s been sick since. This is the 3rd time we’ve gotten pizza from them and always had issues. For the past two in a half days he’s been extremely sick from both ends and has not been able to hold down food. The sauce tasted sour. No I did not get sick as I had one slice amd said nope. I just ate the wings that were ok. Will never order from them again.
