Entered the store, one person being waited on and finishing up his order. I stand at the counter while a female employee stands there like a statue, not saying anything, Finally the male employees asks me if I been waited on. I ordered a 56 with no peppers, The girl that ignored me is now ringing me out. I pay for the combo meal and have a seat. A few minutes later I received my sandwich. The roll is not cut all the way by rather looks ripped open with part of the roll with nothing in it. The hot meat and cheese are falling out of the sandwich. See attached photos

The staff is always friendly and seem to enjoy their work environment. I’ve had hiccups with my order couple times when it’s super busy, but it’s always delicious, so the minor errors (missing oil and vinegar, or the extra pickles)
have never bothered me. Their BLT is addictive!!! I will always recommend this establishment.

The staff was great. We haven’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in a while. I couldn’t be more displeased with the prices for the quantity you get, but that is not the staff’s fault. Definitely won’t be back but it’s a price for quantiity issue nothing else. The staff jas no control over that.

I had a delicious vegetarian sub last week! It had grilled mushrooms, cheese, lettuce, jalapeño, tomato and mayo on a sub roll. I am dreaming about it right now! Hopefully my hubby can pick up one for me for dinner! Lol! Very nice people who work here and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Jersey Mikes Subs! I believe they have a free sub offer on the app for your birthday too

The staff is so kind at this location and very accommodating. Fast service and they greet you as you walk into the restaurant. Very clean restaurant. I love this Jersey Mike’s! Best subs in NPR.

The food is consistently fresh and delightful. I love that they slice the meat/cheese in front of you. The veggies are on point ..never soggy or sad looking. I’m never disappointed here. I also enjoy the experience. It doesn’t matter which location the staff is always killing it. Friendly. Funny. Like they seem to truly enjoy slicing meat for minimum wage. I would love to talk to HR/ recruiting because they are doing something right. Anyways … Good food wayyyy better than subway.

MY HUSBAND CAME IN AT 8:45PM TONIGHT FOR 2 SUBS AFTER WORKING HARD ALL DAMN DAY. YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 9PM. HE ORDERED HIS PHILLY AND JUST WRAPPED IT UP AND NEVER ASKED HIM WHAT HE WANTED ON IT. WHEN HE ASKED IF THAT WAS HIS HE WAS TOLD YES. HE SAID HE WANTED A FEW THINGS ON IT. ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT WAS A BRUNETTE GAVE HIM AN ATTITUDE AND SAID YOU SHOULD’VE TOLD ME BACK THERE AND SLAMMED HIS FOOD. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO TAKE CARE OF A CUSTOMER UNTIL THE TIME YOU ARE OPEN THEN LOCK THE DOOR. WE HAVE COME IN THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THIS WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. WE ARE SPENDING MONEY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT. BY THE TIME HIS ORDER WAS DONE AND OUT THE DOOR IT WAS BEFORE 9PM.

The staff is wonderful and courteous. Upon entry they welcome me into the store with friendly and energize attitudes. These bowls you can get can be stacked and loaded to the gills. I’m very satisfied that I can now stay away from the carbs and eat a little healthier at one of my fav sub places.
