This might be the best restaurant in Virginia… amazing food, prices, portions, and atmosphere. The owners are so kind and welcoming. Steak burritos and birria tacos are my go to. Make sure to smother everything in their green sauce when you come!! 10/10 in every way

Freshly made tortillas. I tried the the lengua tacos and they were tender and flavorful.
Pozole was also great.

These were some of the best tongue tacos I’ve ever had. They were so soft, and the tortillas were fresh and homemade. The tamarind agua fresca was the best I’ve ever had as well. The service was wonderful, without asking they let me try every single agua fresca they had and also gave me 2 complimentary tacos. 10/10 and will be coming back here soon!

My son and I had the chicken burritos and they were not only delicious, but huge and they came with fries which was an added bonus. All the food behind the counter looked extremely fresh and the place was super clean. I would recommend this as an excellent place to eat.

Was really excited to try this place based on the reviews. It’s clean and spacious. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with rice and black beans. They offered tortillas on the side. The sides were ginormous, the 1/2 chicken with sides is probably enough for two people. The tortillas were fresh but could have used a pinch of salt, still good but not great. The chicken was moist and well seasoned. Something I couldn’t quite identify in the seasoning and it had a slightly smoky flavor. I would absolutely order the chicken again. The rice was flavorful but had been left in the tray too long and was a little soft and mushy but still nice. The black beans were totally unseasoned. Literally just black beans warmed up, bland and disappointing. The red salsa had just a touch of heat but not much flavor. The green salsa was really good.
My son got a chicken quesadilla and fries. I only tried the fries and they were perfectly cooked, crispy outside and soft inside but desperately need some salt. I have to assume based on the reviews that this was a one off and it was just a bad day in the kitchen. I’ll probably try it again but I didn’t get the hidden gem others describe.

Delicious tacos! They’re big and come with cilantro and limes. The cucumber limeade is natural juice and freshly squeezed. The staff was welcoming and helpful with recommendations. The ambiance is relaxing and clean during lunch time. There’s nice mariachi music playing on the playlist. Would definitely recommend.
