We were having issues with getting a promo code added to our online order, when we went it and asked the gal, she was very invested to help us figure it out, when she could have easily said the APP is out of her control, which is typically what we hear at other locations! walked in at 8pm. they close at 9. they were in the back doing something we could hear so we waited for them to be done. 12 minutes, no one came. finally my boyfriend said hello, nothing. they walk up after the second hello. they say nothing so i asked “are you closed?” they shook their head no and said i’m the only one here with an attitude and acted very displeased that we were there. i then told them ill be going somewhere else, she walks away without a word. SO PLEASE close the door if you don’t want customers !!! it’s an hour before close NOT 10 MINUTES WE WOULDN’T HAVE BOTHERED IF THE DOORS ARE CLOSED. have us standing in there for 15 minutes just to go somewhere else.

on the expensive side..food is fast and very good. use the mobile app and watch for specials like BOGO and 20% off. join the rewards program to collect points. Also you should try the meatball sub it’s very yummy and best part it is one of the less expensive items! Save time and orderì pay ahead just walk in and out because your order will be waiting on the express service shelf!

Drive through is slowest ever! Was asked to wait when I pulled up….waited 5 mins finally ordered 2 subs. No other customers around! I’m waiting in my car at the window, and I’ve been here for 10 mins now. Haven’t paid, haven’t talked with them….just waiting….So I asked.

Basic subway but the customer service is horrible. Made an order online at 8pm, they close at nine. My husband went to pick up the order and the doors were locked. I called and was rudely spoken to and hung up on. So he went through the drive thru and the woman working basically chucked the sandwiches at him from the window and closed.
When he got home, my sandwich wasnt even made right. I called back and she in the most condescending way said she did make it correct even though i had it right in front of me.
I contacted the manager and asked for a refund because of the wrong order and foul service, and she just offered me a free 6 inch if i came in to get the coupon. I make the extra drive to Sparta now.

I have no complaints about this Subway. Love the drive through option! It does take a little longer to order via drive thru at a Subway compared to another fast food franchise, but you are custom ordering a sub. Customer service is always acceptable – not bad not outstanding. I have never waited a crazy long time, my sub was always made within a reasonable amount of time, and I’ve never had a mix-up. I don’t believe I have ever been inside, so I can’t speak for cleanliness or anything like that.
This is my go-to Subway, thought!

This subway is really nice and has a drive thru which I really like. I don’t normally stop at subway but tonight I was running late after work and stopped in. The worker helped me select a vegan option and even pointed out some of the breads are made with milk. I went with the flatbread and it was so good!
Perfect amount of sauce and the veggies were fresh. Excellent experience all the way around. Thanks Alan! (I believe your name was.) You made an excellent sub and provided friendly, fast service.

This is the most convenient Subway location for me for the last decade & I have given this particular franchise it’s last chance. The employees are rude, the drive thru is a joke & my order is consistently wrong. I like to support locally owned businesses, but this place doesn’t deserve my business. This is a summary of my visit tonight: pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my online oder & the greeting I received was ” it’ll be at least 3 minutes”. I politely informed her that I had an online order (placed 30 minutes earlier) she replied, “yeah, I’m still workingon it” & was instructed to pull ahead. After waiting a decent amount of time, I was thrusted my subs out the window with a snarl. I ordered meals & didn’t receive the sides or drinks. Upon request for said pre-paid items, I got a sigh & eye roll.
THIS is why I don’t tip beforehand. This is also an example of hoping to do right by giving several chances, but not getting a decent return on investment. I’ll buy a $15 subpar sandwich ANYWHERE else.
