The Dowagiac little ceasers is nothing but a joke. I’ve tried multiple times thinking it was just the employees on that shift…… It’s not…… As soon as you walk in the door you step into the hood. They are RUDE and you are interrupting them. You think that there’s a bunch of people working because there are so many people standing around back there but it’s just a bunch of people standing around on their phones. I was just bringing my pizza home and cooking it the rest of the way in the oven and going on about my day but I figured I’d warn somebody. If you’re broke and hungry you’ll be happier with a pack of hot dogs.

Worst one I have gone to, hangs up on you mid order. So callings a joke and guess they need to stop advertising hot and ready when nothings ready. Really needs some management work

I wish I could leave no stars. Over the years it has gone down hill more and more. It’s to hot to wait inside for your order, no one answers the phone when you call ahead, when you do get your food it’s not cooked all the way.

First off, every time I go into a Little Caesars the pizza is never cooked all the way but the pizza tastes a little decent, this time I went in there I was told 12 minutes and I ended up having to wait 30 minutes and once I got my pizza it was as usual half cooked and the toppings were sliding off the pizza. Get the pizza home and take a bite , one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, I ended up putting the pizza in the stove and cooking it the rest of the way, I ate one piece of mine and my dad ate one piece of his and it still tasted horrible. I ended up having to throw away $34 worth of pizza and not to mention the bread sticks that I could take and make a new pizza with because they were so doughy. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ll never be going back to a Little Caesars ever again, oh and not to mention the cook who wasn’t wearing any gloves and looked like he hasn’t taken a shower in a month. The owner needs to get his head out of his butt and hire some people that give a crap and that will cook the pizzas all the way. Little Caesars is getting really bad, more like Little Greasers. It’s sad that I can remember when Little Caesars used to be good pizza

Got a hot and ready pizza only to open the box at home and the pizza is stiff as a board. Called up there to see if we can get a replacement and manager said yes. When I got back to the store I was met with rudeness and displeasure. Thr manager argued with me about the pizza and stared me down while he was putting the new one in the box.

This place is a mess! Changes need to be made. I will not be going back. What’s the point of the pizza portal if they don’t use it? Why email me that my order is ready and I get there 5 minutes later and still have to wait? I know pizza can be greasy but it shouldn’t be soaked through the box. Update: I wish I could feel comfortable ordering food here. It used to be good. Can I get any assurance from management that you care to provide good food and service?

Went in for a pepperoni special and got a 3 meat witch was what we thought on sale but when I got the receipt it had more than I figured come to find out the other pizza we ordered didn’t go on sale until the next day there was no sign in side the store in 3 different places not one of them said the right sale date when I said something he told me that he could refund me but that would take for ever the guy up front looked like the only one working out of the 3 employees that I seen there and little Ceasars is nit good the next day, for the money you have to pay
