To say, I am disappointed with my experience, is an understatement. This was my first time even dealing with any Pizza Hut location in 10 years and this store quickly reminded me of why I stopped eating from Pizza Hut and switched over to Domino’s.
Their food was mid at best. The best thing was their pizza, but their slices were disproportionate and their new snack meal deal flats are so basic and definitely don’t look like the pictures.
And now don’t even get me started about the boneless wings. I ordered the flat 6.99 deal with buffalo wings and my wings looked like they just had hot sauce poured on top…with no real effort into the coating process.
Oh and please don’t get me started about the cinnamon sticks…I ordered two things of icing for one. The regular icing. Not only did they not give me both icings…the one they did give me barely had any icing inside the cup.
The whole order was deplorable and quite honestly made me want a complete refund.
Then I called them and told them they messed up and they resent me the completely messed up items. But then they messed that up as well.
They sent me better wings, but the icing they sent was not the correct icing. They sent me cream cheese icing.
Let’s just say, they reminded me why I don’t like them and will never order from them again.
And I still want my refund.

Let’s Add to there disrespect. A rep from their team told me to reach out and send me my order details so we can rectify this matter, but it’s been over a week since I reached out and still no response. Yea I’d say visit another location because this ain’t it.

The Pizza Hut off Villa Maria in Bryan consistently delivers excellent service. Every visit is quick and easy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They greet you as soon as you walk in and are more than happy to help with your order, making the entire experience smooth and efficient.
The positive attitude of the team really sets this location apart. It’s clear they take pride in providing great customer service. Because of the consistency and professionalism here, I won’t go to any other Pizza Hut.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast service, friendly staff, and a great overall experience.

I placed a order at the incorrect location trying to order my kids food I used the chat system that was offered and it was a horrible experience it had an actual person name as if it’s not a robot which i highly suspect it. Due of it not having no remorse of my trouble
Long story short my family didn’t get to eat because I spent my money on the only place that was open that I wanted to feed my kids I was told I have to wait until my transaction is processed on my account to receive credits that shouldn’t be the case also what makes it even more worse is that I had to provide my entire life plus my order and store I get some verification but all of that was entirely to much this was my second time eating Pizza Hut this is my absolute last time ever plus once all of the locations get closed down I won’t be missing it at all. Back to my other wonderful options out there….

Awful experience today! Ordered Big Dinner Box, Medium 2 Topping(free with rewards), Cheesy Bread, and Boneless Wings! The wings and cheesy bread were made the right way! The pizza was horrible!! I have contacted PH Customer Service because the last order I made they messed up, I called the store manager and was offered a $5 credit! Not going for that this time!

I ordered food online to have it delivered, and it showed online the order was picked up by “door dash “. The order never made it, and it kept adding time for estimated delivery. I ended up calling and Susie or Susan said it was picked up but more drivers showed up to get the order. Clearly they gave it to the wrong driver or the door dash driver took my food. I called and asked for a refund and she said it would take five business days so after waiting 6 days I called because it never showed up and I was told I have to come in to show proof! So I will be going in, but it is a waste of my time and gas to show you something that was supposed to be corrected at first. Do better!

The guy said “there was an error on the app and thats why they prefer to order over the phone” like it’s my fault you have problems with your app. Clearly on the receipt it shows what we had so I believe he is lying. These people really get on my damn nerves!!!!!!!

Poorly fixed and boxed. You have to do better than this. I did not eat because I wasn’t sure if someone has touched them since the box was open and not in a bag or sealed at all.
