I have no idea what happened to this location, used to be my go-to. For the last few months, every order is wrong, missing items, wrong items being delivered with no care in the world. Whenever you call, employees just try and pawn you off and try their best to get you off the phone. No accountability, no sense of urgency, and not even a simple apology for the fact that they let the door dash person walk out with the wrong order and now you have to wait an extra hour for your food. Is there no system in this joint to verify what order is being picked up for delivery….c’mon meow!

Samantha the manager has completely ruined my experience and time with papa johns. Papa john is my absolute favorite i order almost every day!! even from different locations! ive shopped here multiple times and even had to stop coming for a while because I ordered my pizza well done and she said they dont do that and that if i wanted it burnt to take it home and cook it .. WELLL i ordered yesterday as I have for within the past few weeks and my pizza was burnt you could taste the char on the bottom I went up there cause I ordered delivery for it to be remade and she made me a new one the exact same way BURNT .. so as i tried to get her attention she kept walking off another employee who wasnt even on the clock had to come ask me whats wrong and i told him i didnt want any trouble just ask her to refund me .. he told me she told him to tell me take my pizza and leave .. she never once came to the register until i was speaking with Bre and as she was she what she could do for me Samantha came and took the whole drawer out the register and made it to where they couldnt even refund me !! SHOUT OUT TO BRE , QUINCY (who i spoke with a few times about this issue), and the guy who helped me yesterday but Samantha needs a consequence period, AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER i deserved better!! as a manager your customers should never feel as if they are not important enough for you to help them .. IF YOU LOVE YOUR JOB DO IT CORRECTLY OR MOVE OVER AND ALLOW SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO BE THERE THE OPPORTUNITY TOO

Breanna is such an angel. She treats me so nicely whenever I come in. This is literally the only Papa John’s I will go to. Bre always makes sure to be patient with me even when the store is busy. Her customer service is out of this world. She deserves a raise! I’m so thankful whenever she’s working.

I live pretty close by and used to order papajohns frequently. Not anymore. This is the third time my pizza has been substandard but this one takes the cake. Used to order 2-3 times a week. Now I will never order from this location. Do not get pizza here, that’s better options.

EDIT: Still no quality comtrol, very disappointing. How is it two years apart and still can’t make a simple garlic knot without burning it. We’re not going to be mad if we have to wait ten extra minutes for a rebake 🙁 instead it’s a waste of our money and we take our business elseware. Thanks for another stellar order. Should have not given Papa John’s another try.
Original: It’s not worth it. There is no quality control and lack of attention to pizza order in general. There’s nothing like paying for burnt garlic knots and the wrong pizza! Instead of correcting issue with garlic knots and pizza, they just send the order anyway and leave the customer with a crappy experience. I’d rather wait a little longer and get something not burnt and the correct pizza…Better to hit up any of the other 100 pizza joints in the area, don’t waste your time at this Papa John’s

Absolute joke of a restaurant. Burnt the dessert to the point you couldn’t eat it, and almost as an intentional insult put the smallest, oldest, most dried out banana pepper in the pizza box. It’s like they are trying to show you how little they care about you spending money with them.

These pizzas were not as expected. Half the pizza is missing the pepperoni’s and hardly any bacon on the second pizza. The wings could use more sauce. It was disappointing. The delivery guy was friendly and polite.

Need cooperates number or the area leader information. Me and my spouse are regular customers and we always get poor service from the manager the heavy set Caucasian lady that usually works afternoons . She knows were regular customers and she refused to run our pizza through again she said she told the other work was a not to give us well done pizza anymore says that we always give her workers a hard time but she is literally the only one that has an issue with it. If I’m a paying regular customer it shouldn’t be a problem making it how I would like she suggested if we wanted it burnt to take it home and burn it I have video proof , of how she treated us. It took everything in me not to hop across the counter on her that’s how rude she was to me.
