I truly appreciate the effort it takes to run a local, family-owned business, and I always want to support small shops when I can. That said, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. The donuts tasted fairly basic and didn’t come across as made with high-quality or organic ingredients, especially considering they were priced around $2 each, plus tip when you checkout.
I’m sorry, I don’t get the hype; I may be mistaken, but the fillings and textures suggested more commercial-style ingredients rather than fresh, from-scratch preparation. I share this feedback kindly and honestly, in the hope it’s helpful. I genuinely want local businesses to succeed, and I’d love to see more emphasis on ingredient quality and freshness in the future.

Maybe the best doughnut shop I’ve ever ad the pleasure of buying doughnuts from. Small, only s few seats if you want to eat your doughnuts there, but you can purchase coffee as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The fritters, large or small, both apple a blueberry with real fruit inside, are my favorite. But plenty others to choose from, they’re all good. Give them a try, you won’t be dissapointed.

So delicious! We ate here every day on vacation. Apple fritters were definitely our family favorite & their loaded cinnamon rolls & Boston cream was the only reason our kiddos made it out of bed before noon (shop closes at noon- ha!). PS- place is cash only but prices are like something from 1980s so if you have to use their onside ATM it’s still a win.

My husband picked up mother’s day donuts and they were so beautiful! Always amazing donuts every time we come. Lots of variety and the donuts are always filled the way they’re supposed too. Been coming here since they opened in north port and they never disappoint!

Quite possibly the best cake donut of my life. I went for the simple powdered sugar cake donut, and it was so light and fluffy with the perfect amount of crunch. The glazed yeast donut was also delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more on my next visit to Florida!

The BEST Donuts we have had in Florida! NEVER disappoints! We live miles from there. But, if we are in the area we stop. Always consistent. We tell everyone how good they are!

Ridiculously good donut! I’ve never had a better apple fritter. My wife had something they call a French Wisp donut and they actually pulled the donut out of the case and then add vanilla cream filling and toppings. It was delicious. The people here are extremely accommodating and friendly. I can’t believe we waited this long to check it out. We will definitely be back again and again.

Wonderful donuts, but not having the employees wash their hands in between customers or changing their gloves is unacceptable for the next customer to see. Handling the cash register & money with the same gloves on isn’t acceptable. Overall my family love the glazed donuts.
Nice people, but proper hand hygiene can go along way.

Excellent donuts! We had an old fashioned, a crueler and a cake donut with powdered sugar, all 3 kinds were very light and tasty. There’s nothing worse than a dense cake donut that you have to choke down. Definitely worth a visit, but FYI, it’s cash only.
