I remember when this place first opened. It was great. The owners were awesome and you could tell they really wanted to succeed. Food was great, everyone was very friendly. My family goes from time to time so I tag along sometimes. Today was one of those days and everything changed. Waitress was not very friendly at all. Zero personality. Ordered an omelet and it came out half the size they used to. Side of hash browns portion size for an infant. The toast was ice cold. I didn’t want to complain to avoid any issues but then I open the ketchup and it exploded everywhere all over my food and my guest. Literally everywhere! The ketchup was orange in color and looked bad. I grab another bottle from another table and that’s about to explode too under extreme pressure. So I show the waitress what happened and she just said “OK”. No offer to clean it up, no I’m sorry, nothing. Just OK. So she asks me if I want it remade. Inside I’m thinking remake a $12 dollar kid size omelet with expired orange ketchup exploding from the bottles? So I kindly tell her no thank you and she says “OK” and walks away never to return. Then the owner comes out 5min later offering a gift card. I told him no thank you and he asked why. I wanted to tell him why but I didn’t even want to get into it. My 2 guests go all the time and they even confirmed that this place has changed and the last 3 times they’ve been in, the same waitress has been rude and the food portion has significantly changed. It’s too bad because the owners are really nice people but clearly something is going on here.

I’ll stick to the Keltic, Daily Paper and Red cottage. Those places have lines for a reason.

To follow up, I originally made this post on their Facebook page and probably would have taken it down had the owner reached out and acted like he cared. But instead, they blamed me! But then quickly took down their response but not before I got a copy. If you want to have an over priced breakfast in a place thats clearly fake country with a unhappy lying waitress thats shaves her eyebrows off only to draw them back on again, this is the place to go!

We came in today because we had a Cape Cod Daily deal. When you first walk into this cozy kitchen you are welcomed. It’s so adorable you want to like it and hope for the best. Well we were not disappointed! Everything was delicious. My favorite was they buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. The lady we spoke to it was her family and recipes. She was delightful. We will be back — and don’t forget to grab your frequent breakfast card. This will be our new “go to” place!

I’ve had both breakfast and lunch here, and was not disappointed! Not only was the service incredibly friendly but the food definitely had the “southern flare” that is promoted. The biscuits and gravy….yum!! I highly suggest trying it out. I started following them on Facebook and there are always specials popping up and great deals! Check it out if you are looking for homemade food without a long line or wait!

What a fun place to go! The owner is a Southern woman herself and uses some great family recipes. I like how they put out little trivia cards on the table to entertain yourself while you wait. My food came out hot and timely, not to mention delicious. I think that the prices are in line with the area/Mass. Worth trying out!

This is our second visit to Y’all’s Wicked Kitchen. Both visits were awesome! Excellent food and service. The restaurant has a real homey feel with a Southern touch. The wait staff is friendly and courteous. It’s like visiting with family. The food is delicious! It came out quickly and was served hot. Everything was perfect. We HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. You won’t be sorry.

The pork hash is beautifully crafted. I had to get another. Waitress was friendly. Home fries are real potatoes. Everywhere we go they frozen and chewy. Biscuits on the money! We are here till mid November. Well, that means we coming again. I recommend. ‘Yall’ are great hosts.

We ate breakfast here on a Sunday. The place was empty at 930am. Service was friendly but it took forever to get our food. I got the maple bourbon French toast with home fries. The French toast was cooked well but tasteless. The home fries looked like a tablespoon of leftover crumbs from someone else’s plate. My partner got the quiche special. The quiche looked like a side instead of the main part. It was about three mouth fulls. The fruit cup looked a bit old and from a can. I definitely wouldn’t go back there probably for any meal.

Loved it! Crispy pork hash was delicious, my eggs were cooked perfectly and the portions were perfect. Service was excellent and atmosphere was an eclectic mix of Yankee and southern charm. Red Sox on one large screen TV and Daytona on another. They have grits!
