Found a hair in the breading of the tender my husband went to tell the person at the front counter she barely looked at him and said I’ll let them know. Then I found more hair so I went to the front. She then told the manager. Five minutes later I was brought one free tender to make up for the one. What a complete joke. I really thought they would try to make it right.

This place is absolutely fantastic! With the grand opening being today, there were massive crowds and hoards of human beings. With that being said, the staff handled this perfectly. There were long lines, but everyone was very kind and very patient. The food was still the normal canes superior quality of chicken. They had plenty of vendors out with popsicles and free merchandise. Would definitely come back here again.

There were approximately 15 people in line at the time of my visit, so the restaurant was clearly busy. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and beverages was extremely disappointing. The chicken was undercooked, the French fries were excessively salted, and the bread was hard. The tea had a mildew-like taste, which suggests the container may not have been properly cleaned, and the lemonade tasted heavily diluted, almost like water. After eating just two chicken tenders, I began to feel sick, which was extremely concerning. If I did not live so far away, I would have returned immediately and asked to speak with a manager.
Overall, this was the worst experience I have had at this location. I left feeling genuinely disgusted and very disappointed in the lack of quality control and supervision during what was obviously a high-traffic time.

I went to Raising’s cane and I liked it very much. The chicken is of a high quality and everything they cook is clean. It is a brand new restaurant and everything inside is very beautiful. You will see the decoration is very nice.
I highly recommend this place if you love good quality chicken.

The first time I had canes at this location was the first week they opened and the food just wasn’t the same. It tasted and felt different. The second time I went (today: 9/4/24) the fries were SUPER salty. Like you can literally see salt all over the fries. I could barely eat them. And the chicken tenders are smaller than usual 🙁

First time trying this and to be honest, they have great customer service but The food wasn’t all that. I tried to show up when they first opened up, but it was too too crowded. And a very, very long line. They only got four menus. I will most likely try again in a couple weeks and we’ll go from there but 100% a great service. Good customer service keep it up.

I come here nearly everyday after work late at night, and I gotta say every time I come here I am never disappointed! I find myself coming here most out of all fast food places because of how good their food is, how sweet and helpful their staff is, and the service is fast! It’s always clean and cheerful here, and I will always come back here! 10/5 stars ⭐️

What is going on with the fries guys!!! I have been at different time and different days and these fries don’t look anything like the fries from the other locations. I guess I am going to have to by pass you guys until you get it together. I want to support local businesses but you have to do better. If you knew better you would do better.

Don’t get me wrong I love me some canes. The food is usually great even though the fries can be a bit soggy sometimes it’s still great. There’s one thing that almost drove me up the wall at this place. I was sitting in the outside eating area and they have this machine that I assume deters birds that sits and makes bird noises over and over and over nonstop. It’s horrible. It’s a nightmare. They should remove it because I would prefer to see a real bird flyby than to hear that horrible noise over and over. At least you can chase off a bird……

I got food through the drive thru , the box was sweaty , the fries were not fresh at all , cold and soggy , the chicken felt like it had been sitting out for hours
Opening the box it smelled like hand sanitizer and i could not shake that smell so i ended up throwing it away.
The service was good but the food was really a bummer
Also just to note , there was no line or anyone there when we arrived
