Great experience tonight at Little Caesars. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-through, the gentleman greeted me in a very friendly way and asked if I was picking up an order. I wasn’t, so I ordered a pepperoni pizza.

He stayed kind and professional the whole time, even asking if I wanted my receipt (I said no). On the way home, I ate a slice and could honestly tell the pizza was made with care—it tasted fresh and made with love.

This visit was around 8:35 PM on January 31, 2026, and even without a receipt or photo, I wanted to come back and say that everything was being run very well. The food quality and customer service really stood out.

Thank you to whoever was working the drive-through tonight—I truly appreciate it

So you pull up to the drive-thru between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00 when they’re supposed to have hot and ready and they have no pizza… None at all. So they say it’s going to be 10 to 15 minutes. You say okay? Whatever… Then they give you a pager buzzer thing and say go park in the parking lot and you have to walk inside (which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru?) when it’s ready…. What is actually going on over there?

Little Caesar’s in Herriman on 134th isn’t just a pizza place, it’s a portal to the weirder side of Italy that your 7th-grade geography teacher never warned you about…

For starters, did you know some Italians believe eating too much cheese will make you dream about getting chased by goats wearing sunglasses?

I walked in expecting the basic ‘hot-and-ready’ vibes, but the pizza came out so cheesy it started telling dad jokes about pasta like, “What do you call a fake noodle? An impasta.” Hahahaha do you get it, impasta! Hahahah NO, stop it weirdo.

I rolled my eyes so hard I saw the Leaning Tower of Pisa in my peripheral vision. The pepperoni’s looked like little shields, possibly to defend the pizza from state taxes or Barney. (i.e The purple Dino, not the womanizer that’s friends with Ted Mosby).

The crust was so buttery it made me feel like I owed it child support. I half expected a gondola to float past the soda machine in the lobby.

Halfway through my second slice, I imagined ancient Romans yelling “Et tu, Cheesar?” as my arteries clogged in real time, not just from the Pizza at lil Cheetos.

The marinara sauce had a suspicious twinkle in its eye, like it knew a family secret. The breadsticks were so garlicky they could legally be classified as vampire repellent in Venice!!I left feeling full, slightly confused, and convinced that somewhere in Naples, the pope was shaking his head in shame.

And as I sat in my car, digesting both pizza and regret, I remembered, dolphins aren’t as nice as you think… those salty little sea jerks will eat your lunch if you’re not looking.

Every time I order a pizza here, the quality is abysmal. They don’t care. They phone it in. They wouldn’t even eat this garbage themselves.

The biggest issue with this Little Caesars was the extremely long wait times. Orders weren’t ready, and I had to wait about 15 minutes just to place my order, and an additional 35-40 minutes to receive my order, because there was only one employee running both the front counter and the drive-thru. That alone made the experience frustrating, and it’s clear the store was severely understaffed during a rush.

That said, I want to give huge praise to Lexie. She was the only one up front, handling an overwhelming amount of customers by herself, and she did it with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Despite being visibly slammed, she stayed calm, communicated as best she could, and genuinely tried to take care of everyone. Hearing kitchen staff tell her she needed to “hurry up because people are waiting” was disappointing—she was already doing everything humanly possible on her own.

The rating would honestly be lower if not for Lexie. She deserves recognition, support, and a much better setup than being left alone to manage an entire rush. Management really needs to address staffing and workflow, because no employee should be put in that position.

I ordered one most bestest cheese pizza crazy style and one most bestest pepperoni pizza crazy style and two orders of bread sticks. I went in paid cash at druve through was told they would have to make them and offered hot n ready pizzas I said no we will wait thank you. We get handed a beeper device and told to wait we went inside and the lady, named faith S. Just handed us a pizza about two 5 mins later. We got home and realized quickly the pizzas were old with bread sauce cheese pepperoni then more cheese and pepperoni with crazy style covering it so you can’t see that they just charged me for two “fresh most bestest pizzas and didn’t even make them just gave us two old hot n ready pizzas and melted the cheese on top and mind you the other layer underneath was cold and not melted very noticable I even have photos. Not worth $38.98…. very disappointed also the cashier was not kind or welcoming seemed super irritated that we ordered what we did. Not happy about this it was for my family.

The two pizzas and extra crazy bread was made fresh. It was amazing! Everyone at the party was incredibly surprised that it tasted so good. Complements to the Pizza Chef!

P.S. Order taker may need some help with customer service skills. She may have been having a horrible day. In that case, she just needs a hug.

Ive always gone to this little ceasars but the customer service has never been this bad. Im writing this just 20 minutes after getting my food. The food was fine. The customer service was horrible. The lady who took my order repeated it back to me at the drive but I didnt quite hear her so I said “I think that should be right” she then said (in a very condescending tone) “what do you mean you think?”…. I then told her I didnt hear her very well and she then said “nvm just come up to the window”. When I got up there I saw that she thought I said two crazy bread but I only said one so I said “Hi sorry I actually only ordered one crazy bread” she got so mad at me and said “ That isnt what you said??!” WHEN I VERY CLEARLY DID!! I was very nice the whole time and she was there rolling her eyes and being mean. Honestly just hurt my feelings when I was just trying to pick up pizza for me and my friends….

I stopped by this location to see if they would honor the veterans lunchbox special still and the young lady behind the counter says oh that stopped at 2 o’clock. I said that’s funny five other little Caesars in the south Salt Lake region are still hanging out the boxes, even though they are past 2 o’clock I drove all the way out here to see if you would still honor the Veterans Day Special. So much further the wasted trip to try a new location. I will never come back to this restaurant again, and I don’t recommend anyone else due to the poor customer service.

By far The worst little ceasars . They need to switch things up here. They told me 10 minutes for cheese pizza and I waited almost 30 minutes. ‍♀️ what happened to hot and Ready?!! The quality of the food also sucks at this location!!!
