What a great dining experience at Puebla Sunrise Café! The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and professional. Our coffee cups were never empty, which we truly appreciated. The food portions were generous, and everything we ordered was made to perfection. We enjoyed the pancakes, waffles, Nutella crepes, chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy , every bite was delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try. We will definitely be back!

Mauricio one of the owners was great in explaining different dishes and how they make the mole from Puebla from scratch. I had the chicken breast mole, Delicious by the way! The cafe de la hoya never disappoints.biscuits and gravy, pancakes and another breakfast plate. Brian our server was patient and great overall. Food delish! You can taste the authenticity of Pueblas food.definitely will visit again! My husband and son took a pic with owner wearing a Lucha Libra mask:)

If you’re looking for a very legit breakfast, this is the place to go. Our waiter, Rene, recommended the molè and it was the best I have ever had. Thank you! Chilaquiles were amazing, as were the waffles for my son. This will be my favorite breakfast places when staying in Flagstaff! Also, thank your family for their Service!

If could give more than 5 stars , I would. Service is great, atmosphere is authentic, and food is even better than you think. Don’t look any further and come here for great tasting Mexican food, authentic flavors and a relaxant friendly atmosphere. Owner Mauricio came and created us as 1st time customers and gave us a sample of mole and green pork sauce. Both are fantastic and I got the Molletes breakfast plate. Was delicious. Our party of 4 all loved their meals. Go go go and enjoy it all.

We REALLY wanted to love this place. The menu was exciting, atmosphere great, and owner welcoming. Unfortunately the food fell short.
I ordered the pork chile omelette. It came out very cold, watery and under filled. My spouse ordered a ham and cheese omelette. Again it was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted.
We looked forward to the home made sourdough toast, but it came out after our breakfast was done. To top it off, they brought only one order of toast out, again cold, and I had to ask for mine. Good news mine came out warm and had. Great flavor.
Coffee tasted great. However we will not be returning.

Super comforting and filling for me and my family to have come and ate at this restaurant. Friendly staff, enjoyable atmosphere, and authentic food. Highly recommend everyone comes and enjoy an authentic Mexican food experience. Never felt more like home anywhere else.

This new Hispanic inspired spot is the BEST! We had a wonderful breakfast/brunch on their patio. Chicken Fried Steak, Eggs Benedict and Green Chile were all outstanding. The coffee is a delightful treat with infused spices. No sugar or creamer needed.
The music and patio space make a wonderful atmosphere in downtown Flagstaff. Prices are very reasonable for large portions of food.
Will definitely make sure to make this a weekly destination. Can’t wait to try more items on the menu!
