If you happen to find this place, don’t think twice. Give it a try. It was my first time here and I’m already planning to come back for more. The food was incredible, the spot is lovely, and the person attending is so friendly and welcoming.

P.S. Look for the little cat painting it has a surprise for you

Visited them (food truck) at the Kirby Ice house and I could not have been more disappointed.
The so called “cooked to order” menu is a joke. All pre made and heated up.
The flavors were non-existent if not for the sauce.
Gave it the good ole college try… Next.

The food was delicious!! Packaging was simple and lovely and most importantly the delivery bag was stapled. Simple steps to ensure less possibility of food being tampered with during delivery. Thank you! I really enjoyed the pork belly fried rice. Highly recommended.

I had smoked brisket with fried rice, a fried egg and kimchi. It’s all served in a bowl and is definitely a different combination of flavors. Overall, I wasn’t displeased with the meal but the combo was not the most appealing of flavors. This along with the fact that the entry way to this venue smells of urine and the facility doesn’t appear to be well maintained give this an even less appealing atmosphere. Not the biggest fan

Loved everything we got. We got the shaken beef, the pas Thai, the brisket egg rolls and the pork belly fried rice. My fav was the shaken beef! I got extra tomatoes and they topped it off with a perfectly cooked egg. I really enjoyed the fried rice as well! Those two dishes were my favorite. Didn’t get to try the curly fries, but I’ve heard great things.

Do not expect them to get your order right. And DO NOT expect them to care if they didn’t!
This is my third time eating here. (Never had any problems before)
I placed an order a little before close. When I got home I noticed Half of my order that I paid for was missing and the food that I did receive was made wrong. Dumplings were missing & rice bowl was made wrong (just threw together)

I tried to call the restaurant back but the phone went straight to voicemail.
I tried to call the next day, and STILL voicemail.

I then called the other location on Airline Dr. where I spoke to the manager Sasha and I told them about my experience & they told me they would tell the owner. 2/3 days went by and NOTHING. I called the airline location back & this time Sasha didn’t even have the decency to come to the phone, as if I was annoying her.

Needless to say I filed a dispute.
And I will not be returning.

Wokker, located in the “Underground Hall,” was a great visit. The food was absolutely delicious. A little on the spicy side, but well worth all the flavors. The “Chicken -n- Greens Dumplings” didn’t sound appealing to me, but I was greatly surprised. Moist, tender and seasoned deliciously and served with Plum Sauce (you know, the Orange Sauce that’s usually served in a packet with Egg Rolls), that’s served fresh. I highly recommend ordering the Dumplings! I made the mistake of ordering 6 Dumplings; I should have ordered the 12 count. You’ won’t be disappointed. As for the “Jalapeno Bites,” extraordinary! They have their own twist on this popular appetizer, as it’s Cream Cheese, Garlic, and chopped Jalapenos, wrapped in a Wanton, like a Crab Rangoon. Talk about filled! Here to they are served with Plum Sauce. As for my main entre, the “Smoked Chicken Fried Rice,” the portion size was very good. Now, this entre does come with Kimchi and a Fried Egg. However, I happened to forgo those 2 items from my entre. Finally, there is the beverage. $4.°° may seem a bit high, however you are talking about Downtown. The plus being, by ordering a Fountain Drink you have free refills. Being that this is a Dining Hall, all the other eateries sell individual cans, bottles, etc. But, no free refills. The Wokker is the only one that has free refills on their Fountain Drinks.
Now then, as for the 4 stars. The, “Underground Hall,” is exactly that, underground. With that being said, this Dining Hall is not Handicap Accessible. There is no Elevator provided. And the Staircase is the only way, in and out. Upon entering, you’ll find a sign that reads: “No Public Restrooms.” Don’t let that fool you. They do have Public Restrooms indoor, albeit, and yet ironic, with a Handicap Stall.
Last but not least, be sure to bring a Credit Card. As all the Establishments inside do not except Cash.

After discovering the Underground Hall, we decided to try out food from here. So we ordered from Wokker. We ordered Pickin’ Chickin’ (Asian style chicken nuggets topped with fried onion, jalapeno, curly fries and miso ranch) and Shaken Beef (beef filet mignon w/ steamed rice topped by onions, tomatoes anf fried egg).

The chicken was crispy and savory. The beef was juicy and tender. Delicious food. The lively atmosphere enhances the whole experience. Will go back there again for sure.

⚠️ “RUN AWAY from this place! The wait was 26 minutes with no line, the worker returned sweaty, threw his backpack against the wall, and then dropped my food on the counter before cooking it with bare hands. When I asked for a remake, he said the oil would ‘cook the bacteria out.’ As someone in the health department, I can tell you this is dangerous.
⚠️ Do not eat here. I would hate for you or your family to suffer food poisoning—or worse. RUN AWAY from this place.

We visited the Underground Hall and chose to eat here. The food was so yummy; it was a little expensive, but good. No kids meals. The drinks are $4, but with unlimited refills. The atmosphere was nice – music was playing, people were around, you can play games… overall a good experience.
