Old school luncheonette. It’s like going back in time. Don’t sit by the door in the winter. There’s no double door so every time the door gets opened, you get hit with a cold breeze. Food is warm and good. Service is friendly. It’s not too noisy. Prices seem reasonable. I would go back.

Cute, home-comfortable atmosphere, excellent food! I had the baklava pancakes, which were fluffy and delicious and a side of eggs. My guest had the chocolate chip pancakes with a side of sausage links, also delicious! Polite service, very friendly, a great place to be!

Great Breakfast place! Full of regulars and fist timers. You could tell one older woman has been coming here for decades.
The food came out quick and was delicious. French toast with Taylor ham and a tater tot bake, breakfast bowl. Plenty of food for the price.

A throwback luncheonette complete with regulars and personality filled staff. Did I forget to mention the menu and food is great? Prices are very reasonable too. One of my favorites in the area

The menu variety was outstanding, offering numerous combinations and options, so everyone should find something to suit their taste. I was staying at a nearby motel and found the place through a Google search, and I wasn’t disappointed.

Rose’s is the local diner, the kind of place that made NJ famous for diners. Great breakfasts, good coffee and plenty of regulars. If you don’t see it on the menu and can describe it, they will make it for you.
Waitstaff is helpful and friendly. Always willing to engage with you. This is the kind of place you will miss when you move out of state.

Rose’s is the place to go if you want quality home cooked comfort food. They call it a Luncheonette but it is really a classic NJ dinner experience with the classic menu. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfect. The highlight was the service… The lovely lady that was holding down the place was kind, friendly and helpful. She was the highlight of the experience. We had a great time and will be back when we are in town.

Visited Roses after a hockey game. I would say food is average, and a regular diner. Food was okay. Waant looking for fast food and just needed some eggs. We ordered the Spanish omelette as it came with home fries, that were really good and a choice of toast. Then a order of the ham, onion and cheese omelette with the same side. Portion was good. No toilette paper and just a dash of soap left. Service was friendly, had to ask for refills and napkins. Prices were decent, came to about $30 for two people with having a lemonade and coffee. Coffee was okay.
