I’m assuming they don’t know how to read at this location. Ordered on the subway app to use rewards. Specifically ordered a Black Forest ham footlong on Italian with bacon, lettuce and green peppers with harvest cheddar SunChips. Even says it correctly on the receipt. What I got instead was a footlong turkey on Italian herb and cheese with no chips whatsoever. Just a completely different sandwich than what was ordered and clearly written on the app. All you have to do is literally read the damn order and they couldn’t even do that.

I’ve purchased subway sandwichs many times in many places. This was my first and last time to buy one in Collinsville, MS, at the Double Quick service station. I stopped here to buy a couple of sandwiches for lunch assuming it would be quick and easy–it was not. I stood inline for ~30 minutes! I believe the elderly gentleman, who was the only one working for Subway, was doing the best he could albeit slowly. Still, only having one employee during the busy lunch time is bad for business. My sandwich was good, but the service was unacceptable. If you purchase a beverage from the store, you cannot pay for it along with your sandwich–you must wait in another line to pay the gas station attendants–they are separate from Subway.

I have consistently gotten poor service here. Against my better judgement, I tried to order food again today. The young man behind the counter wouldn’t acknowledge me. I stood there for a couple minutes, and eventually I walked off. I’ve been ignored by better places.

Poor customer service.. i come in every other week and have slowed down . Due to the fact I am rudely ignored and prolonged with being serviced by the employee (older guy with the ponytail ) . He does nothing to acknowledge the customers . This has happened more than 4times . They have yet to accommodate or improve his customer service .

Placed an online order and I went inside to pick it up. I had seen a mobile order on the pickup station but it was not labeled and not in a slot that would match my initials so I wasn’t going to start searching potentially someone elses order. I asked the lady behind the counter about my order after she finished her very important text message and she pointed to the order on the station as if I was a dog. I told her it was not labeled and not in the correct spot so how could I know it was mine. She only responded that they do not receive many mobile orders so that’s just where they always go. After this interaction I can see why they don’t receive many online orders. Very unprofessional in manners and even appearance. So do yourself a favor and drive out a little further if you are feeling subway for lunch.

I ordered the new spicy nacho chicken sub, but on a wrap. But they put it on a flatbread. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a subway, so I was a little confused. Do they have wraps anymore? Had a hard time eating it as the filling kept falling out. The only thing spicy was the jalapenos.

We was there 12/6/22 the young man that waited on his was so nice. Didn’t get his name. He was the only one working. There was a young lady that came in at the end of his making our sandwich.

If you like waiting in line for 45min to have only 2 sandwiches made, or waiting in line for 15min without even being so much as looked at then this is a great place. Use to love this subway, but it has gotten so bad. The one girl always acts annoyed and is very slow at her work. Always slowly shuffling her feet from one end to the other. I can tell she doesn’t not have any love for her job. Have gave this location several different tries even after my husband and I promised we wouldn’t come back, but after today I’m completely done spending our money at this location. I stood in line today for 15 min or longer with no one ahead of me while she fixed a few pick up sandwiches. She just acted like I wasn’t standing there. I couldn’t leave my husband that had been in the truck waiting any longer so I left. Wnt be back. Dnt ignore paying customers, or you wnt have any returning customers.

The guy is great. The lady is shot with me and always puts vegetables on before warming the sandwich. Makes them like rubber. She says that’s the way it’s done. The guy doesn’t do that. Don’t even have to ask him not to. He just doesn’t, as if it’s the way it’s done.
