This is honestly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Other fast-casual Chinese places in malls are far better than this. The staff is rude, just pushing you down the line. She never made eye contact with me, just pointed to options. But worst part is the quality of the food. Look at my picture. It just looks like slop, and trust me, it tasted worse. The bourbon chicken, while it was hot, was spongy. The General Tso and orange chicken are both 1% chicken, 50% sugar juice with flavoring, 40% batter, and 9% unidentified hard “things” you’ll end up spitting out on your plate. The fried rice contained no egg that I could find.
There are no free refills on drinks and she made sure to fill my cup to the top with ice so I got very little actual coke. I had her dump it out and start over with less ice.
I ended up throwing my entire plate away after 5 bites, and was angry I spent $12. I haven’t tried either of the other two restaurants in the food court there, but you should definitely steer clear of this one.

The Chinese woman may act rude because she doesn’t appear to understand you, but they sure do make good fresh & hot food. If I went to China and hoped they understand me, I don’t believe I would treat the natives that way. Still, I got a lot of really good food for the price.

The service was fine but the food was terribly under seasoned. Usually Chinese food you have to worry about too much salt. Not here. The chicken and mushrooms and the beef and brocolli were both under seasoned.

terrible service, and even worse food. i never post reviews…but this is legitimately a warning to anyone stopping by here. You’ll be treated as a burden, and I promise the taste of the food you receive will not make up for it.
