Phenomenal food and a great overall experience. The shrimp in garlic sauce was incredibly juicy and packed with flavor—definitely a highlight. I also tried the empanadas and dedos de queso, both really tasty and well-prepared. The food came out at just the right time, and everything was beautifully presented. Not what i was experiencing, i read low reviews and i wanted to give it a change. I had ajiaco and empanadas. I was with my wife we order soup of the day. Chicken in the ajiaco was very little on my wife soup I shared some of mine. They offer us appetizer, free of charge, they were mini expanadas deep fried, they were over fried , very hard to eat. Beef empanadas were ok , but they did not bring chile so we have to ask for it. The ajiaco was not bad but rise was hard and uncooked.
After 30min i already have a stomach ache and i believe itthat was the lunch.
I think the only think i liked it was the canned soda .
They told me that they are under new management, i hope things improve for them.
I do not recommend this restaurant.

We visited this restaurant around 5 pm on Sunday. There were few people in there. Service was nice and friendly as usual. Colombians are. They got a tablet system to take your order, which was good. However. I think food took longer than we expected. Price wise, medium high.
We went because I was missing my hometown (Cali) Chuleta Valluna. It was OK, descent size; but it could be done better.

We went to Gran Colombia on Pin Oak in Katy TX , and the service was excellent , the food taste authentic Colombian food which is amazing, my son try the hamburger and he loves it! Highly recommended this restaurant!

I arrived a few minutes after the pick up time for my order and they left with my food. $50 worth of food that i didn’t get. I saw the workers stop and look at me and drive away quickly. They didn’t call me or anything. I got held up with something. I called the number for help and first he hung up on me, then i spoke Spanish and a man pretended he didn’t know what Gran Colombia is but his number is all over everything on the website.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately my experience was not the best. The service was a bit slow, and the food did not meet my expectations—it was cold and lacked flavor. The staff was not kind, but overall I think there is room for improvement. Hopefully with some adjustments, this restaurant can offer a much better experience in the future.

nice decore. clean. friendly staff. but the food is below par. sadly even upon mentioning it to the staff they didn’t seem to care. one couple complained the waitress took to kitchen and returned and simply said “this is how we make it here”.
