Love this bakery! The coffee is very good and their pastries are delicious! My favorites are spinach&cheese and Eggs&ham. Also, the service is always great!

A great neighborhood spot! 45 just gets better as the years go on. Their ham and cheese croissant is now my no. 1 on the island, dethroning another (also fabulous) bakery.

Looking for breakfast places on the island can be a challenge. Noticing there’s more accommodation outside than there is inside this particular day was raining so the inside was very busy. Very good customer service waited a little bit for fast food noticing the kitchen had an open window so you can see all the activity that was interesting. So I ordered the signature 45th sandwich on sourdough bread eggless cook perfect medium not to runny not too hard bacon was a little overdone cheese could have been a little more they included napkins on the takeaway bag order the hazelnut latte didn’t really taste much hazelnut. I guess I’m a snob when it comes to lattes.

Omg they are so delicious. 45 Surfside has one of the best cheesecakes ever. If you are looking for this big fluffier mouth melted cheesecake, that is your place.
I will definitely recommend the dulce de leche cake and their chocolate covered strawberries.

Last-minute cake does not disappoint! Forgot to order a cake for my husband’s birthday. I did a search on “best cakes in Nantucket” in a Facebook group and the ones at 45 Surfside were highly ranked. I was able to email an order in the morning and my cake was ready (and personalized) hours later. I can’t believe how easy it was to arrange! Everyone who saw the cake was in awe and it tasted even better than it looked. Great cake and great service! Looking forward to the next birthday!

45 Surfside is the kind of café that makes you want to become a regular. The coffee’s always great, the food is surprisingly amazing (try the croissant sandwich—you won’t regret it), and the vibe is cozy/fun without trying too hard. The staff is genuinely awesome—especially one of them (hi, Shea). It’s my happy place with espresso and snacks. 10/10 recommend!!!

Always fast and always delicious! 45 is my go to place before busy work days. I love the icy surfside and dirty chai for my drink order. Any sandwich here is a 120/10. I especially love the spinach croissant! Highly recommend and friendly staff, thanks especially to Shea for always taking care of me!

My fiance (now husband) and I chose 45 Surfside to make our wedding cake and it was one of the best decisions we made! The cake was absolutely delicious (Strawberry Grand Marnier), not to mention what a beautiful job they did decorating it with flowers from Soiree Floral. Many of our guests commented that it was the best cake they’d ever had, let alone wedding cake! Portia was such a pleasure to work with – we wish we could do it all over again! Thank you, 45 Surfside!!
