I online ordered a sandwich. They had no bread then I asked for no onion. As I took my second bite I realized the whole bottom of the wrap was loaded with onion but they missed other toppings I asked for like pickles. Very disappointed. This is not the first time either. I thought I would give them another try but that was 100% my last time ever coming here again. Please do better for your customers.

DISGUSTING!!! PLEASE READ FULLY! I usually get a sandwich no complaint and its always messy and soggy. Fine thats subway. But today there was a clump of what looked a pile of dirt or piece of feces. It was the size of a quarter and spread into the meat and had pieces scattered throughout the sandwich. I don’t care what it is, the thought alone made me sick and throw out the sandwich. This subway doesn’t even deserve to remake my sandwich they lost my trust. I can’t trust a place if it looks like they’re putting human crap in your sandwich

Two woman workers were absolutely rude. 2 slices of turkey on my 6inch, I said a little heavy on the mayo and she smiles while putting a disgusting amount “you said extra right?” with a sarcastic tone and a dirty look. I just walked out. Do better, write them up for being disrespectful to all of their customers. The bathroom was absolutely foul also. Just a pregnant girl trying to pee and pay for a sandwich.

Terrible experience all together, the food was prepared quickly and was delicious. It was served for here, not to go and was plated in a nice fashion.
Staff was even friendly and well trained.
Very different than what I’m accustomed to at resteraunts in NH.

Ordered on the app and the location wasn’t set right and they refused to make the sandwich here or refund the sandwich and the other location it was at refused to issue a refund as well, now I’ll have to drive over an hour to get the sandwich I paid for. They need to figure out the app to issue refunds on the app instead of putting it in the hands of snarky employees who treat you like your dog poo on their shoes

I use to be a regular here until today! I ordered online assuming they would make it easier! wrong!!! I got home my subs were wet because they put to go orders ON A SINK!!!! And my subs were made completely wrong! I called them annoyed but nicely n the manager gives me a horrible attitude like I’m bothering her and said to bring them back! So I do and the already overwhelmed counter girl with a line out the door gets annoyed when she finds out she has to remake them while her manager sits in the back room laughing and talking very loudly on the phone with a friend or family member! I had to wait in line to get my food so after 2 hours I finally got what I paid for! Will not go back here until day manager is gone!

Just came back from this Subway and found it to be fine. Sub (Spicy Italian on toasted herb/cheese bun) was made the way I wanted it and tasted quite good. The ladies working there were polite enough, but not overly so. Tables appeared to not have been cleaned off between customers, as we had to wipe ours off before putting our food down. The Subway street banner hadn’t been put up outside and was resting on two tables, taking up customer seating. Would’ve given 5 stars, but details matter.
